With the biggest night in the history of Chelsea FC this weekend, the only thing we should be talking about is the champions league final. There’s so much happening here. We understand that Gary Cahill and David Luiz might start. That means the ‘who should start for Chelsea FC in the final’ article I have written will need to undergo a big change. I had planned to publish it today but as it needs to factor the developments, I’ll go with this stat attack!
We always say that history counts for nothing in a 90 minute match but you can’t deny that stats fRom the past is always interesting. It shows how big a task you have and after you achieve it shows how big an achievement it was.

this guy is good!!
As things stand , We have been better club than Bayern in all UCL seasons since take over by Roman . We have better defense than Bayern and we have defied all the odds in this season, doing some unbelievable come back acts on the way to finals. We already have surprised the whole Football world by fantastic display of hunger and determination to stay alive in Champions League.Bayern will play at home and will be favorites to start with given their fabulous record and formidable offensive line. But all these stats can change in just 90 minutes , our players have shown so far the spirit that is necessary to conquer European Football. If we plan well and play to those tactics like we did against Barca , we can once again shock all doubters by winning it on 19/05/2012.
Denver, Cordoza is a poor man’s Cavani, not saying he is bad but he is already 29. I wouldn’t hate signing him but I rather we keep our Legend DD.
The better news is that Captain Ajax’s deal with Spurs apparently has fallen through, we should move in and sign him.
Well said BC let’s do this!
There’s a mistake in those stats: Bayern faced English teams thrice in the CL finals, not twice. The missing year is 1975 when Bayern beat Leeds United 2 – 0 in Paris, with the help of a referee.
@Xerxesk: well he is 28 now. will be 29 for the start of a new season, We all need to know that FT9 will be our primary striker.. if drog stays he will feel like second.. and Cordoza has been scoring.. this was with him ft9 will still feel like top, I am a big fan of barrios but it seems we have made the slip. … I think kagawa could play a better ATM than Mata… I feel we must have a Asian player. they very good. Look At honda.. the man is class.. but it seems chelsea fans feel a player has to cost alot to be a good player.
it would be nice to go in for Captain Ajax’s.. but that area is kinda fine.
