Return of Essien | Time to say NO to vuvuzelas . . .
Great start to the pre-season, isn’t it? What better could have happened in this match than Michael Essien scoring a superb goal! It was a good game with an opportunity for most players to get some time on the pitch. While the world cup bunch stayed away, Essien must have been dying to step on to the pitch. That was a very well taken goal built up by Sturridge’s pass and Josh McEachran’s smart lay off to Essien. It wasn’t so easy. Essien still had to beat a man and score with his left foot with a sweet finish. Next up is Ajax.
Chelsea have still not done a great deal in the transfer market. Ancelotti has said that he doesn’t need to bolster his attack to retain the title. While it is worrying on face value, this could just be mind games behind the negotiations. Definitely, Carlo doesn’t sound like someone who’s desperate to buy. Honestly, we do have to bolster our attack to retain the title. Our attack is highly reliant on Didier Drogba. Even Man Utd is relying heavily on Rooney. The difference is Rooney is about 7 years younger than Drogba and these details determine the proneness to injury and recovery time. It’s high time we’d got an understudy who is also a fairly established player.
Jeffrey Bruma is on a year long loan to Wolfsburg. I see mixed reactions for this move. Some of us thought that Bruma would get into the Chelsea first team this season. This move also indicates that Carvalho could be staying after all, which is a good thing too. If Carvalho is going to stay here this season, Bruma’s loan to Wolfsburg could end up being a very good move for Chelsea. Wolfsburg are a good team (were champions a season back) and are now managed by Steve McLaren. I’m certain that Bruma would return to Chelsea as a much more matured defender. It is in places like Germany and Italy where you can learn your trade and sharpen your skills as a good defender.
In other news, Joe Cole joins Liverpool. I’m confident that Chelsea did the right thing by letting him go. Also, I’m happy that he didn’t join our ‘rivals’ just in case it turns out to be otherwise. Liverpool have got weaker by replacing Benayoun with Joe Cole. I have no animosity towards Joe Cole ‘the Liverpool slayer’ for joining Liverpool. It’s his career and his choice. Hope it works out well for him and not for Liverpool as such.
The Capello Index is back! I must say that this index is pretty interesting. There are a few indices and models that rate players but I think this one seems to be an improvement over the other existing models. At least it gives me such an impression. The website is not complete yet so the minute details behind each score could not be seen. The legal battle would be on between Capello/FA and the Capello Index website. The website could be removed from the web but I hope this comes with a legal-friendly version with probably no direct reference to Capello. Anyway, check it out while it lasts.
Finally, we’ve started seeing premier league clubs banning vuvuzelas in their stadiums. Some have made it clear but some are still undecided. There is still no news from Stamford Bridge yet. Personally, in Stamford Bridge, I wouldn’t want vuvuzelas. In South Africa, it would have been unfair and even foolish to have banned it there because it’s part of their football culture.. In England, it’s not. It is the chants and songs that are part of the football culture in England. I would hate if the sound of vuvuzelas drown our chants of ‘can we play you every week’ when Arsenal plays . . .
Catch you later!
Stamford Bridge regulars will self regulate the annoying plastic horns, have no fear of that!
hmm, great deal by givin joe cole to liverpool he is a great player, very active ,he can show skills and take da ball into a great counter attack..im sure he will be teh best player of liver pool, this season,he will be great and score goals
I agree that Chelsea need to grow and progress and to do this we need to bolster the squad with younger players. But I still think letting Joe Cole go for free to Liverpool is one of the most glaring examples of football mismanagement I have seen for years. How can buying Banayoun for millions and losing Joe be good for the club? To my mind we have lost £5m out of the coffers which could have gone to buying a striker to replace Anelka, and we allso lost a great player into the bargain. What have we gained – a journeyman. Benayoun will hopefully do a good job but I can’t imagine him turning a game on its head with a through pass, or by dribbling thorugh an astonished defence, in the way Joe could. Correction: ‘can’. And it’ll be our defence he will be dismantling next season.
Also, Abramovich has a habit of favouring “his people” coming into the club. His mate Andriy Shevchenko was a disaster and was brought in so Roman could talk ‘foreign’ to someone on the playing staff. Roman had a fellow-feeling with Avram Grant because of their shared jewish heritage. Let’s face it, Grant was brought in to undermine Jose and when TSO left Steve Clarke ran the team. Grant fulfilled his role as stooge but couldn’t cut it as manager. Now Benayoun, an Israeli, arrrives.
Roman has to have a ‘pet’ on the staff – Benayoun fits the bill perfectly. Meanwhile, we throw away players and managers like oily rags and allow a rival Premiership club to seize a real talent from us. Liverpool looked destined to be mid-table for years on last season’s performance. This signing has fired them up and don’t underestimate the fact that getting Cole from not just anyone but from Chelsea gives them a psychological boost. They think they’re on their way again. They must be pissing themselves laughing on Merseyside, and not just from their crap jokes this time.
No vuvuzelas, cow-bells or fog-horns thank you very much. Vocal chords and palm of hands will do the job.
@BC , It is confirmed that Ten Sports will be broadcasting La Liga matches in Inda. I dont find any links but ads about La Liga matches on Ten Sports do come on Ten Sports.
hope jeffrey bruma gets to play at his new club cos most of those clubs just get players and put them on the bench as back up .. Hope he returns a better player as BC hae stated in his post….
Karim Benzema and Franck Ribery are in hot water. Franck Ribery has just been charged with having sex with a prostitute. Having sex with sex workers is legal in France, but not with woman under the age of eighteen. Apparently this happened in 2009 whilst she was under the age of eighteen. Furthermore Franck Ribery could face a jail sentence of up to three years. cheers!
I think it’s time for Chelsea to give the youth player time to play in te 1st team….players like Matic,Cork,Sinclair,Sturridge,Kakuta,Clifford even for Josh McEachran…..
it’s time for the building of ‘new’ Lampard, ‘new’ Terry, ‘new’ Ashley, ‘new’ Ballack, ‘new’ Drogba, ‘new’ Joe Cole….
we need this young players to shine playing with Chelsea…not too much playing on loan….

Mate what relevance is that to this blog and Chelsea, thats like me coming out and sayin Chelsea Clinton’s marraige is going to be awesome, i can’t wait to see what she wears, what kind of celebs show up, and hoping that her poodle falls onto the cake and dies due to consuming sugar!!
At time your posts do worry me, it’s about time, you sat down and took out some time and fixed an appointment with a specialist, real talk!!
There hasn’t been any official word on Bruma’s loan yet.And i doubt the move because Wolfburg have already signed Kjaer and Freidrich. And we can’t loan him there to play in RIght back because thats not his natural position. And if the loan does go through, then it means Riccy Carvalho is staying for another year
Jaz I hear you! Me personally I would prefer the chants, hand claps and vuvuzelas. I think we can find room to put all three into the game of football. This whole Cashely Cole saga has got me started again. I have expressed my feelings before on this blog. The only reason why Cashley Cole is more highly rated than Gareth Bale is because he is English. Gareth Bale can tackle better. He is faster. He can cross the ball better and has a better eye on goal. Chelsea should just sell the “playa”, so we can get Gareth Bale. cheers!

I see my post was deleted. It had no bad language or offensive remarks. It merely expressed an opinion articulately, unlike much of the drivel I read here. Obviously this is not an open forum for intelligent debate. I expect this will be deleted too. I won’t be back. Farewell.
Now it’s back. Odd.
I am glad I took a screenshot or I would think I was seeing things, or rather ‘not’ seeing things. Anyway, bye bye.

To assume is bad and to accuse something/someone based on assumption is worse.
Your post is now published. It was not deleted as you claimed. It was stuck in moderation. When Avram was our manager, there used to be derogatory and racial remarks about him in the comments section. One of the keywords I had set up back then was the word ‘Israeli’. Your comment had that word and hence was stuck in moderation. That’s my explanation.
It’s up to you now but one small piece of advice: give others a chance to explain because you may not always be right. Cheers!
Sir,
Posts are meant to be held in moderation, then published; not published, then moderated, then un-published, then published again. I was not aware ‘Israeli’ is a swear word so obviously it’s all my fault. It’s your site, you can run it how you like but I am out. Best Regards.
Cech is missing out the start of the season and community shield .. Would like to get one over Man U at season start ..
Joe Cole or Benayoun – Tough to say anything now.
I think Joe cole had one good game last season at Man U .. He did not change the game when he came on in the second half against Inter Milan ..if he wanted 90,000 pounds per week, then may be Chelsea would not have bothered but the reports were he needed 100,00 plus in the same league as Ballack, Lampard etc.. , which is not fair considering he never played 30 games last two seasons.. Wish him all the best.
aparently chelsea lineing up a second bid for nymar from santos

Rich,
Clarification: I didn’t say ‘Israeli’ is a swear word. I only said people back then used to employ this word in a derogatory manner. Hence it was set up as a keyword. I didn’t say it was all your fault either. I only asked you to listen to the other side before coming to conclusions.
If you want out, there’s very little I can do about it. Cheers!
woah you can get your posts deleted for saying Israeli here? NOT COOL MATE

how was it ever derogatory unless you pair it with another word
If transfer rumours online are anything but true I think we are making moves in the transfer market,Neymar(17m bid santos) and Ramires (20m bid benfica) both brazilians, hope not another robinho saga where mancity will come in at the last minute to topple it,hope they hv finished buying not we identifying players for them… They are relatively unknown but lets sign someone cos three out three should hv been in by now. Hope chelsea sign the right players if we get a Torres or not it does not matter what matters is getting what we need in the squad not names… From the look of things we wont be seeing aguero in blue
aparently chelsea lineing up a second bid for nymar from santos
chelsea should add Deco to the deal to get some amount knocked off …. I hope we get him I dont know him but I trust the decision of chelsea scout,I just want us to buy, that is it cos in 6weeks the market closes
People who think loser-fool are going to come back this season may look to tiny Grasshoppers in Zurich!

You are right mate, cos with the buys mancity are making I think they might be in the top four this time cos they are actually buying what they need not challenging other clubs to a bidding war….. But yaya toure when they have gareth barry and dejong may not really be a good buy except they want to use him in defence sometimes(utiliy player) as barca did when they last won the champions league. I wish loserpool and mancity the best this season…..

Hi Malagantz
You’re missing the point there. Moderation is different from Deletion. A deletion means the comment is completely removed or deleted from the blog database that it can’t be brought back. A moderation means the comment is held for checking and release by the admin of the blog. The reason why ‘Israeli’ was set as a keyword was people used to insult and make fun of Avram Grant and used to use the term ‘Israeli’ in a derogatory way. Which is why I wanted to personally read all the comments that had the term ‘Israeli’ and release them for public viewing only if I’m fine with it.
It’s like certain people calling me ‘why would I have to listen to an Indian’. Usage of a normal word in a derogatory way. All’s well now, anyway.

It would be like in 2006, when you could have two Chelsea starting 11 and both would finish in top 6.. They have a good bunch of forwards defensive midfielders & an excellent goal keeper.. If they get the defense act sorted out, they would be very strong.. Rather than looking to pay 50 MM for Torres, we can possibly look at Tevez, Adebayor or even robinho ..
Dear BC,
However hard you try, it seems they will never understand, but i like your effort and the way you take care of your blog.
25. shawn
I would never wish them good luck. Loser-fool can, at their best, come 4th, that is all! Citeh might do well but we have seen that too much of class might hamper synchronisation. Look to Real Madrid of 2009-10 season, anyway no one can budge my tinest hair! After all Chelsea succeed against all odds, while others do with countless own-goals, referee’s fund, FA’s care and lots of luck…manure for sure have a fund for referee and those who score own goals!

Cheers mate. Do as you wish.
Bruma to wolfsburg would be a bad idea… They hv 4 experienced CBs on their squad and he would hv so lil game time unless he is goin ter to cover for RB slot.. Which i Dunt wnat him to do either… I dunt thnk this move will materialize either.. i wud rather he went to blackpool for a yr long loan !!

Malagantz don’t stir the pot, mate. I don’t want you to leave. There are just some words you can’t use. For example, saying the word ‘bomb’ on an airplane. I hope I talked some sense into you. cheers!
Hmmm… I’m just wondering which part of “JK (Joking) ok i’m fine with that ktbffh” said Malagantz; that you guys don’t understand.
Back on to Chelsea, the upcoming match against Ajax would be interesting. With Cech and Alex both injured, more young guns will be feature to the starting 11. My expectations are simple, Mikel to be more commanding in his central ball winning role while Essien get another decent run (without injuries please) and the young guns blazing to impress Carlo. There is a sense of frustration on Chelsea’s lack of market activity but I felt that the board is waiting, perhaps an answer from certain players behind the scene. I prefer this kind of discrete dealing as we really don’t need to start an auction house with ManCity, R.Madrid or even Inter at times. The latest linked duo from Brazil looks promising and in plans with our young blood policy, but its always hard to judge teens especially when they are from South America.
p.s: wondering when we’ll see Benayoun featuring in Blue. I always enjoy high workrate players dying to impress the gaffer. KTBFFH~!!!
ramires is a target of chelsea .i wont mind it
guys.. i hope you realize the team has no bench… meaning only youth.. i think thats is not wise especially in Cl matches when you want someone to come change the game. ..provide that extra bit…. its a good time to introduce a good mix a youth and experience…. remember lampard is over 30 drog over 30, anelka over 30, Ricky over 30, Paulo over 30 malouda 30 kalou cant be trust all he time..
we need a Attacking mid: ozil/vdv,diego
striker: Suarez/Torres (even though injury prone but with our meds we could make him stronger) aguero
central mid: Sammi Khedira, Bastian, affaley.
personally: ozil/Surez/Khedira. I dont think bayern will sell bastian
To all ppl who think that stars in world cup will perform good with the clubs, history aint so green for you. I personally does not understand all the hysteria surrounding the german players and those few ppl who played good in the WC. Agreed, a WC performance is good since most ppl are trying to build reputation around them, but i think the competition itself is far inferior to club football’s physical demands, especially in England. Of all the names linked in the German camp, only signing that happens to die for is Bastian Schwienstieger! I dont think the the rest including ozhil are upto the English game.
I am so happy to see such an ultra cool guy like King Carlo. no stupid rumors, no linking up with everyone who has two legs and no unwanted purchases. He exactly knows what he is doing. He seems to have a great vision for the club trying to promote the youth and the academy, looks like a veteran in the transfer market ( if you think as example see the alex ferguson rednose, every time he say that transfers are complete he make atleast one), knows his tricks at getting the players. Chelsea is right to go for Torres for 30m and I am 100% behind it. Look at his scoring rate, he is as good as drogba, rooney or even better given the opportunities he turns into goals. I think he is the top pick to be taken besides Villa, given Villas aversion to the English. I would think Pato and Aguero are in the same league but below than the former two.
I dont understand why many ppl are so anxious of the transfers and good players getting sold to others. there are lot of good ppl still around. As far as EPL is concerned, i would think the race to be two horse race again between manure and us and i dont see manure has bought so many players. neither the contenders arsenal, pretenders liverpool or the rest! (barring dubaicity of course) . If anything so drastic is gonna happen, we are not definitely not going to fall to seventh place or so, i see a top 3 finish or top 2 unless dubaicity “starts” to play well with the “stars”. Take it easy folks, we will retain the league and has the strength to go for CL. I atmost expect one transfer if at all, and I hope its one of the real madrid rejects …….. he he he he…( look at their rejects history, cambiasso, makelele, robben, sneijder). kaka, benzema, vdv all seem to be avaialable………….
Another Injury guys ..

We are short now in central defense also ..
and the injuries have stated… and early too, lets see how u guys feel when we have to play a 18 year old in the heart of defense or in the middle of the park

guys it was a joke !!!JK!!! i copied and pasted exactly what richard m had said……… oh nevermind i slightly amused myself at least.
Neymar’s dad putting pressure on santos to accept Chelsea’s bid doesn’t seem to be working. Which leaves only Man city who would be willing to activate the release clause. That would be so lame.

For Malaysian Blue Army, Ajax VS Chelsea at Astro 811 – 12 AM tonight!!!
Chelsea down 1-2 against AJAX – 55 mins up..
Full Time –
Ajax 3 – Chelsea 1
Own Goal by Bruma and mistake by Turnbull .
i have no problem with result it is learning experience for our young side agaist ajax who played with quiet a few regulars as far bruma own goal is concerned that was unlucky .maybe turnbull should have done better but he is still better than hilario.still i feel we need another quality goalkeeper
Good news, he’s just the player we need. Young, creative, and good defensively.
http://soccernet.espn.go.com/news/story?id=809929&sec=transfers&cc=5901
New juventus coach said he might hv to sell deigo except he can convert to a striker which is impossible. come on chelseafc go in for him
We clearly need a GK. With Ross TurnASS playing like the way he does. Why doesnt Delac come and play for once?
Chelsea need a DAMN attacking midfielder!!! OZIL/VDV/DIEGO come to mind!!!
I say get the Atletico Madrid keeper (Sergio Asenjo)
geeeez!!
I agree with asenjo Denver. But do we really need an attacking mid? How about a fast pacy winger? That is what Chelsea lacks! Say Ashley Young, even Ramires would be good. Although not a winger, he plays right midfield for benefica like the way ballack did for us,
having seen ytd’s match against ajax,i feel that chelsea need to buy players…from the match i see potential in sturridge, matic, mceachran…bruma and van aaholt can be gd players but still have to cut down mistakes…turnbull was terrible.di santo aint as gd as expected…maybe its just a friendly but i believe u can see a player’s calibre from games like tt….chelsea is about to get ramires…and they r trying to david luiz…so i guess carvalho may be going afterall..david luiz will be a gd buy..i hope the recruitment this season will be:david luiz,benayoun,aguero,ramires/vdv,and probably a right winger…tts all needed…cmon chelsea,i noe u r quietly doing the business…hope for gd news upcoming

ramires is a DM for all i know… i dont know why we are stock piling them what chelsea needs are true number 10s, attacking midfielders,
http://www.dailymail.co.uk/sport/football/article-1297309/Didier-Drogba-doubt-Chelseas-Community-Shield-opener-Manchester-United.html
please read.. as i said at the end of the season…. drogba will be absent, thus the need to bring in say a Suarez/Torres,
I personally dont trust anelka to play lone striker, the guy just like to play off another striker.
chelsea needs a Attacking mid, someone that can play behind the strikers (OZIL/VDV/DIEGO)
The return of Essien iz great it’s like getting a new player-The Powerhouse iz Back!!!!!!!
Cech, Alex, Drogba miss the start of the season. Don’t know about Benayoun yet .. Any news about Bosingwa.. Still no news from Cole yet ..
We need to buy fast .. . Drogba is going to miss the starting games of CL also. Can’t have a slow start in PL and then always be under pressure while chasing..
Denver do wee already have Lampard to “someone that can play behind the strikers (OZIL/VDV/DIEGO)” ? Well it is obvious that our formation has always recently been:
———Anelka———DD———
————-Lampard———-
Malouda——————–???????
—————-Mikel/Esssien———–
If ramires comes in, he can either play Right Mid instead of Yossi like he does for Benefica, or We can have Essien in Right mid and Ramires/Mikel in defending mid. What we need crucially is a GK and another striker. Krasic would be a brilliant addition as well.
For GK My suggestions are Asenjo(might be costly), Douchez,Mickaël Landreau, or Diego Alves.

guy lampard does not play attackinng mid very well we all say it when the guy played there at the start of the season.. the man couldnt score a goal… as soon as we went 4-3-3 he started to fire!
i dont think i iam understanding fully what ur saying though…..
as is this squad can not fight for the CL…. can not!!.. we need more quality…. we have not had quality for years…
Mayb the plan is to send Joe Cole over to Liverfool to lull them into false security & hopes coz in my estimation J Cole has been a fringe but very hyped player for Chelsea and England for such a long time …
I know he has hurt Liverfool time and time again with his goals …. but think of how much damage now that he could do from the inside ! LOL !
————-Cech————
Bosingwa–Terry-Alex/Ivano–A.Cole
–Lampard—Essien—Malouda–
–Benayon–Drogba–Anelka–
Sub:Turnbull,Carvalho,Zhirkov,Mikel,Kakuta,Sturridge,Kalou.
Formation 2010-2011.
We have Loser in this season because we dont buy player new.
Greetings ! The Daily Mail reported that Manchester City are preparing wholesale clearances ahead of the start of the season as they have a staggeringly large first-team squad of 39 players ! The players on sale include Lescott, SWP, Ireland, Bridge, Michael Johnson and the like.
I say we go in for Ireland. This guy is extremely hard-working, talented and at 23 can be an ideal Lampard replacement in the long run. He could be bought at around 10 million pounds and I would say him and Ramires could be good midfield additions to our squad. Daniel Sturidge is talented and can grow into a lethal striker so I say we only go in for a striker in January if things do not go too well in that department.
KTBFFH !!

JoseHoliday you always make me laugh. Good to have you back, mate! My first preference for a forward would be Fernando Torres. And if Chelsea can’t get Fernando Torres then I would go for Robin Van Persie. Look how easily Barcelona got David Villa. Um, I don’t think Chelsea has any rivals in the Premier League. cheers!
If Chelsea could purchase any players from Manchester City. Then I would go for Michael Johnson. He looks like a good player. cheers!
Some thoughts about the transfers and upcoming season :
1. Seems like Chelsea is chasing lotsa players Citeh and others want just to up the prices and wages (e.g. Batoletti, Torres )
2. The ManUre and Citeh clashes are going to be torrid affairs ( inuries + controversy that CFC can take advantage of ? )
3. More mid-table and lower teams are going to play as defensively as possible a la world cup.
4. The domestic cup may be more important to Chelsea than the CL altho club propaganda says otherwise
5. If Citeh make the big four then Liverfool or Arsenal are gonna be the losers
6 Carlo’s reinforcement purchases up to date are not that cool but Kaka mught make the difference as Chelsea need more
different approaches to getting goals
Guys, what do you think about 25-players squad a season and 8 should be home grown. I fear since we lack hoe-grown players, we might end up with 21-men squad as it is the new rule. Who all will feature in your 25-men squad? I have no clue, can someone highlight on this new rule?
Karma – I think 8 home grown is any one who is played club football in england between 17 – 20 at EPL .. not necessary chelsea.. so we are bit Ok, because terry, lampard, ashley cole, turnbull, sturridge, Mikel ( ??not sure) & we will have to add three youngsters..
Bad news about Ramires deal

Some pre=season thoughts of the not-so-wise and football technically deficient JoseHoliday !
1. It seems that Citeh are trying to do what CFC did in 04-05.
2. But what Chels did was catch evertone unawares with the appoinment of my namesake JH and slam dunk the EPL !
But Mancini is not an unknown manager and certainly someone others fear that much.
3. In a league that is getting tighter at the back ( getting defensively better ) Citeh are going for for strikers and I can see
that Ade – Batolletti- Tevez- Bellamy -Cruz are gonna work their asses off but pay in terms of goals and losses from counters
4. Citeh will be the team to beat for prides sake in the EPL, the hide that everyone wants on their walls
5. ManUre’s focus will be a lot on Citeh coz u know losing to Chelsea smarts but losing the title or finishing lower than Citeh is gonna break hearts or even force the Glazers out !
6. If Carlo and the team can keep just ahead of everyone else or at least 2-3 points of the leaders but Xmas… the rest may implode coz of the pressure of it all….
7. I say go for the CL next year after 2-3 aquisitions or 1-3 youngsters become established at least like…. altho established may be the wrong word for him…. like Kalou…and stick to getting the FA and EPL this year !
8. I propose we go back to the low-scoring 1-0 years and let others implode !
wat abt getting sergio ramos???? as madrid n inter have agreed a deal over maicon..
wat abt getting sergio ramos???? as madrid n inter have agreed a deal over maicon..
That would be a fantastic signing, but I think Sergio is the type of player that will never leave Spain.
As for Torres I think he is already a Chelsea player, the fact that the bookies have stopped taking any more bets on it kinda indicates an agreement with Liverpool

buy but as I understand he will stay at liverpool cos his manger says he will, lets watch and see
Chelsea chief executive has just said on skysports if Carlo wants to add to his squad he will be supported, which means chelsea has not been in the market since the transfer market opened. All we hv been reading in the tabloids were mere rumours really sad with 4 weeks to go…. Its a shame

or they didnt watch the world cup and see anyone of interest.. maybe thats why they dont know of Ozil, Khedira,Afalley, Eila, a damn keeper, geez unbelieveable
How about we sign David James as number 2? Even though as much as I hate him, he is better the 2 backups we have.

Man this blog is dead as Benitez’s chances of winning anything next season.
buy baby buy
http://www.goal.com/en-gb/news/3349/pre-season/2010/07/29/2047824/pre-season-2010-wycombe-wanderers-5-1-chelsea-xi-four-minute
ok so now that David James is off to Bristol, Lets sign German internationl Timo Hildebrand
Kakuta European Champion. He played a great second half and made the assist for the match winning goal
Looks like benefica is playing tough with Ramires

Actually Xerxsk @ 80….. it’s not just this blog that’s dead… nearly every footy blog or football site is too… espnstar is one of the deadest….. the lack of football is killing everyone….
And actully Fat Rafa has a good chance of winning the Serie A with the crew that Jose left behind… much more of a chance than he would have had at Liverfool… Citeh has a better chance to finish in the top 4 this year than ever before so that theoretically means either Liverfool or Arsey…. Or better ManUre don’t make the cut ! It could look like this, for next year :
1. EPL Champions : Chelsea
2. ManCity or Arsenal
3. Arsenal or ManCity
4. ManUe or Totteham
So thaz why Fat Rafa high-tailed to Inter coz Liverfool don’t have a chance in hell … But actaully there is one way Liverfool could get back into the glorious top four !
The Mancity owners being sooo rich therefore, they could do a deal with the present Liverfool owners to swap ownership / club name / team kit etc…( for a price of course ) but NOT players .
So the present liverfool owners would get a tidy profit and the present ManCity players become Liverfool players and vice versa. (including Gerrard ). Liverfool fans would be delighted too. Good solution for all eh ?
That way Liverfool have a chance of being in the top four and continue their glorious tho lately depressed history !
Many Liverfool supporters would LOVE that happening !
I can already hear them tramping up the garden path to bow before JoseHoliday !
Chelsea beat Cruz Azul 3-0 in the final of the Milk Cup Junior Section.

Great goals by Rhys Mitchell and John Swift
I also wanted to say GK wise, that we should also look at Nuno Claro who played us when we faced Cluj in the Champions League. He is terrific, but one issue is that he is 33.
here is that game http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XHBUPpIcLcY
hey bluechampion, are you going to make fantasy premier league, leagues for us like last year?
Our next match’s XI:
Turnbull (he needs to gain his confidence back)
Ivanovic, Carvalho, Terry, A Cole
Mikel
Benayoun Essien
Kalou Malouda
Anelka
Another bad news

whats going on .. chelsea down 1-2 at germany after 65 mins..
Eintracht Gewinnt! haha!
Must say Chelsea really need to buy a new goal-keeper. Its time for Hilario to pack his everything and go home fishing. We also need a central attacking midfielder and a CF urgently! We´ve got lots of wingers but the knife edge is really blunt without DD.
no problem it pre season only yeah we need a back up keeper and one more good signing
thanks for sharing
Yeah we need a good goalkeeper, but who?
We also need to buy a midfielder but i think we are okay at the back, no need for Ramos..we have Bosingwa, Ivanovic and Ferreira!
—————-Cech————–
Bosingwa–Terry–Alex–A.Cole
–Ramires—Essien—Lampard–
–Anelka—-Drogba—Malouda–
SUB:Turnbull,Ivanovic,Bruma,Zhirkov,Mikel,Benayon,Kalu,Sturridge,Kakuta.
perfekt team what do you think??
any german keeper would do…..Michael Rensing is free for example…..

You forgot Sergio Aguero and Diego of Juventus
hi im new here but tot u should now ramires is having a medical at chelsea
sorry he having it tomorrow
Fernando Torres has committed his future to Liverpool, well atleast for one more season (as David Villa said) therefore if Liverpool fail to win anything this season or fail to qualify for CL, i strongly expect him to be a Chelsea player next season.
In other news, Ramires will join Chelsea either today or by the end of the week, i have seen him play a few times for Benfica and i must say im impressed with his work rate, he’s a tireless work horse who gives it his all, also has a knack of scoring goals and popping up in the box at the right time (can learn alot from the master himself … Lampard). Im happy with the addition of Yossi and Ramires, and im happy to see a few youngsters been given the chance to shine at the big stage, especially Kakuta, call me mad but with the right manager the guy can become the next Zidane and Carlo is the man.
I would love for Chelsea to sign atleast one more player, either VDV / Ozil …. or Aguero / Neymar / Mueller … any one of them would be a great addition to the club, and hopefully may this be the season when Chelsea retain the title and are finally crowned the UEFA CL Champions … KTBFFH
Chelsea needs decent forwards. These forwards that we have now has done the job so far by winning the league. But lets just say in case one of them gets injured we need backup. Also I would be happy if Chelsea got a backup goalkeeper for Petr Cech. cheers!
