Chelsea should look out to these cheaper & talented players in the EPL. But Milner won't come for peanuts. Villa has already rejected a 20m bid by city. And N'Zogbia who has had a great season with Wigan (Most no. of dribbles and runs in EPL - 253 - courtesy sky sports) is not for sale according to Martinez plus he is left sided a department overcrowded in Chelsea. @Churchill General norm is to sign a player before wcup.
