When the SkySports interviewed Ancellotti, I guessed he would say and yes he did his first word as in fact “FANCASTIC”. Like oH mY bLUE said, Ancellotti must be called as The Fantastic One!
TFO got the substitution spot on, saving the heroes for the Wembley! Joey tracked back well and supported Belletti!
Some interesting sights:
Drogba doing lots of talking during the warm-up session;
Drogba and Nico warming up side by side;
Melchiot sharing a light moment with Terry right after the toss (I guess Melchiot said something like this: “please don’t score double digit goals”;
Roman Abramovich’s reactions to every action on the ground;
Branislav Invanovic taking the whole length of the field singlehandedly, I thought it was Lampsy. Ivanovic is surely the unsung hero of Chelsea. And he is very passionate too!
The huddle at the start of the second half, Terry took the initiative, awesome leader!
Belletti taking the fans on with his hand during a throw in;
TFO giving a wave to the fans after Ray Wilkin’s help, yet again!
Essien doing the good work: spraying champagne!
Hilario is one guy who was celebrating till exhaustion, he is so passionate;
Lampard, in his interview also took after TFO’s word: Fantastic!
Red nose was dark purple yesterday, saw it during the interview!
Drogba’s childishness:
He could score the penalty, but had he missed it, would we ever be able to forgive him? NO! Not even if we win because he would have given us agony when the event is all for happiness! So, Lampsy took it and converted it and dedicated it directly to Drogba, how sweet is that! But Drogba was bit unhappy and he became more selfish with his long-range attempts. But everything was cleared and Drogba’s conceding to his “mistake” was spot on! Anyway congratulations to Drogba for bagging the golden boot, it is sweet, more so because he snatched it from Rooney! And don’t forget that Lampsy made his first goal and Lampsy offered him his penalty! The penalty: WOW!
Trivia:
• ‘Easy questions please because my level of wine is high!’ TFO joked.
• Jack Cork scored a wonderful header for Burnley in their awesome 4:2 thrashing of tots! It is all good for Chelsea!
• Red Nose said that Rooney’s injury is not to be worried about, English fans are you listening?
• Dorgba loves Wembley, he just cannot stop scoring at Wembley!
2009-10: Chelsea’s special season:
• Drogba’s golden boot;
• Double over the other three;
• Didier Drogba has scored at Anfield, the Emirates and Old Trafford this season.
• Giving hope to manure till the death of the season;
• English double (I am confident);
• Lampsy having the last laugh (at the PFA);
• New EPL record of highest number of goals (103) scored in a season (earlier 97 by manure);
• 103 goals, a club record (earlier 98 goals);
• Highest goals scored at home in a season (71);
• Chelsea Youth winning the FA Cup;
I am a Frank Lampard fan and here are the brief points to be noted about ‘Lampsy 2009-10’:
• highest EPL goals (22);
• highest assists (17)
• most successful penalty taker
• highest goals as a midfielder
• scored a ‘qua-trick’ (against Villa)
• least fouls (23) in all appearances (36): Astounding!
• not a single card!
Manchester City did a league ‘double’ and Everton took five points out of six from us. But the remaining 3 sides to have beaten the Blues have been bashed at the Bridge: Tottenham 3-0, Aston Villa 7-1 and Wigan 8:0!
I am short of all the adjectives, even the Cambridge dictionary is failing me!
Lastly, to those non-blues: Stand the blue wave if you can!

Dear BC and brothers,
I am so sorry for the disfigured article, it shows how inept i am with the internet. I have used the facts and figures from CFC website and EPL website. Forgive the typos as well!

nice post karma… we are the deserved winners of the league and we will win the cup too…
CHEERS!!!!
No worries Karma CW, its quite understandable given the absolute euphoric state each and every true Chelsea fan after yesterday’s emphatic, or might I say ‘fantastic’, win !
Great article, with all the facts and figures. It makes it an interesting read indeed !
This is the first time I actually got to witness a Premiership celebration as I had not become a passionate Chelsea fan till the beginning of the ’06-’07 season. You get this remarkable feeling of euphoria, and a sense of what this achievement actually means. We did not spend ‘crazy money’ as they often say in football to earn this title. Carlo went ahead with the team that he had more-or-less adopted from the Great Hiddink. And he kept that winning trend that Hiddink had achieved with us. King Carlo will truly be ‘more than special’ if we manage to clinch the Domestic Double by beating Pompey on Saturday !
Recently, at the beginning of each season us Chelsea fans used to curious as to who our next manager would be and if we could be able to maintain certain high standards that is expected from the team under him. But now we can be relaxed with the idea that under Carlo, we can achieve much more than what we are expecting and put up a brilliant title defense come next season and even have a shout at the Champions League !
KTBFFH !!
Nice very nice season

Karma,i think Cech won the Golden Glove as well for most no.of clean sheets.You can add that too
Congratulations to the Blues. I saw the way they enjoyed themselves in America on chelsea tv, as it shows that this is a very close knit squad. They deserve to be champions as they played consistently well throughout the season. cheers!
Enjoy all Blue Brothers.
Wallpaper that sums the season for all of us.

“Fantastic” post, Karma!
Well, I cant stop thinking the word ‘Fantastic’. I have used it thrice already today in my professional life! Fantastic post, Karma. Good boy, keep it up!!
I expect the celebrations to go on and on till the summer transfer window starts! I dont see us doing serious business over there, given the fact the TFO plans to promote 5 from the academy and he claiming that our squad is not too old.!!! I dont quite get the TFO thought, but yes if Lampsy and Didi can put up shows like this, they are only getting younger day by day.
As all the press say, we have banished the ghost of TSO. We are back to winning, in TSO’s words “winning important things”. And what more, I challenge if some fcking journalist or analyst has the balls to come out and say that we play boring football. Not even for a moment I want to think about next season, just let the beer flowing!!
Next destination : South Africa. I am not supporting a particular team but certainly want to see Lamps lift the cup there. Give some credit to this bloke who always gets the second hand to Mr. Arrogant ( read the captain of the downtrodden loserfools)
i designed a new wallpaper for Chelsea : ) i hope you like BC and all chelsea fans

I have just started today to realise what actually happened yesterday. I was so high on happiness that it was completely overwhelming and almost impossible to comprehend the way we underlined the strenght of our team. It was dream football in 2nd half.

The Route
Two open-topped buses with the players and support staff will leave Stamford Bridge west entrance, and travel east along Fulham Road before turning right onto Hortensia Road, right again onto King’s Road and then on to New King’s Road.
At Eel Brook Common the buses will stop for a brief period before continuing to Parsons Green where it will end. The parade will start at 1.00pm and, including a 10-minute stop at Eel Brook Common, will finish around 2.00pm.
The route will be fully barriered and stewarded with pedestrian crossing points in operation to allow movement of people around the route.

This team has worked hard behind the scenes and deserve to win the Barclay’s Premier Leauge. cheers!
BLUE has become more bold and brighter with this new AVATAR
This happiness float for rest of the year. FLY HIGH CHELSEA

Chelsea is my mind
Chelsea make another history.
Now the gloomy part:
FA cup would probably be the last match to many in the present Chelsea squad to get to train and play together. 5 or 6 players would be leaving at the end of this season. It would really be sad to see departure of players who worked so hard together and won the Championship. But whereever they will go they will be able to held their heads high, their hearts would be blue, and they would always boast around the way they won this League. They would be proud of their career, most of them defied their age while playing for this blue shirt. They won in a fantastic way in one of the toughest competition in EPL history. They would be proud and very proud of what they have achieved. And whereever they will be they will be heroes to us and stay in our heart for all what they have given to the club. We applaud you, whoever they´re gonna be.
In a blue mood……….coz it would cause me real pain, and i think i might even cry for them. Its a cruel world.
Quoting Thunder
could you please make it bigger than 800×600
like maybe 1650×1080

Where is DENVER?
Quoting Nayanesh
No, Chelsea’s is only 17 against manure’s 18!
Quoting Michael
Do you have any comments on Nico, the so called past his “prime”? For me i would tag Nico’s great goal as FCUK (the brand)!
Dana,
Thank you for the detailed statistics, it is very informative.
Thanks Karma. Well there are two more important facts.
1. We have beaten Manyoo not just twice, but actually THRICE – including the community shield on the first day.
2. This is a TROPHYLESS season for Man Utd, Liverpool & Arsenal.
Cheers!
Yes BC, that is awesome, especially the consistency (6 seasons in a row) of the arse-beautiful-football-anal!
While we bask in the warmth of victory and records, we must acknowledge that even Wigan managed to set one record:
“Largest number of goals ever conceded in a Premier League season by a non-relegated club” http://www.goal.com
BC,
Did you forget manure’s Community Shield?
Another one is:
• Chelsea’s goal difference of +71 is an all-time Premier League high (even in the days when 42 matches were played over a season). (www.premierleague.com)
Guys, you will find a very good article in here:

Ah yes . . it’s so obscure that completely forgot (thought that Spurs or Villa won that or something). Ok, I’m willing to see this every single season – they winning the league and we winning the league

Thank you for the corrections, I have taken into account only the current season for Cech’s clean sheets!
denverblue,
Chelsea is the best!
zaneeblue,
I am sorry, you are right, i was just looking at the overall clean sheets in 2009-10 season. Cech is the highest with 17!
