Hats off to the Blues and Golden Guus! Special thanks to Drogba, Lampard and the man who keeps proving me wrong – Nicolas Anelka! That’s it for now. Enjoy the win. See ya!

will be interesting to see the change in faces over the next few days
i think we really need a good right winger and possibly an attacking midfielder and a new striker and then our team would be complete.
good work boys on the win.
thanks for the season BC, keep up the good work mate

Dont forget “a good referee” . :P
Honestly…dont wanna see more than 1 or 2 new players IF 1 or 2 go out.Give space for the youngsters…dont really like this idea of trying to buy success.
Hello all
Congrats to Chelsea and Guus. The saying which says ” Chelsea did not win a trophy after JM left ” has been finally buried. Its like a huge load taken off…both for the fans and players. We need not bother about the style of play , since this was the main difference between JM team and Guus’s team. Even though we concede goals more regularly than during JM’s time, we always try to outscore the opposition which has happened many times this season. Hats off to Guus for the excellent revival…..
This victory also had a darker side in my opinion. Just after the victory I was wondering if there would be a “black out ” of Chelsea players. To put it in simple words….Chelsea players have a special liking to strong personalities and people with good tactical genius. Suddenly when JM left…there was a vacuum and it took about 2 years to get out of it. Will the new manager coming in have such a strong character ? I was wondering a lot about it. The answer to this question lies in the hands of Buck and others….and BC of course…But till then lets savor this sweet victory where we won over the neutrals as well. Hail blues……….
BC – Can you have a picture of Guss Holding the trophy also ???

Well Said. and to patty
1. “We need a right winger” – Where does Joey fit in then? What about Anelka, he is doing a good job on the right. So we dont need a right winger.
2. Attacking Mid : – There is no space for new comers in the midfield. Our MF is the one of the best at the moment, ( Barks come to mind, they indeed have a good midfield). You cant get all star midfield.
3. Striker : – Yes there is room, and a need to put pressure on Drog, however instead of buying a new striker give Disanto a chance.
If we need to improve then it will be on the left , since we dont have a decent competition to malouda.
I feel Kalou may be going out along with Deco, Miniero, Ferrera and may be Carvalho. We may need to hang on to Belleti keeping the african cup of nations in mind.
This has been a great fortnight , since the fuckin CL semifinal. I am following football , basketball and cricket and there’s great news in all these games from the teams I support. The highlights were, in cricket Deccan Chargers lifting the IPL ( a lesson for team motivation , they finished in the last place last season and now this season they are champions), FA cup win for Chelsea and the best thing that is still going on , Orlando Magic is into the NBA finals. I just came home after watching the NBA Eastern conf. playoffs with a bunch of freaks here in downtown Orlando :P and trust me , its going to be one hell of a party in the weeks to come. Go Magic Go. I remember one guy here who supports Los Angels Lakers. Here we come!!
Great finish to an up and down season! The more I think about it, the more I realize that there is just no replacement for Drogba, the only option we could do would be to buy one of the extremely overpriced strikers out on the market. I think the logical thing to do would be to keep him, he has brought us success and scored so many key goals for us.. and even though he has screwed up at our most crucial times as well (last years final, this years semifinal), there just isn’t anyone that we can replace him with that can provide his power and skill. However, I would love to sign Dzeko and/or Arnautovic. These kids have plenty of potential, they are both 6′ 4”, with a lot of skill, and financially it would make a lot of sense. I like the idea of acquiring promising youth, rather by taking financial risks with these overpriced players in an inflated market. So please forget about the 50m priced players. We are already good enough to win any competition, we just need to add depth and youth.
I think Malouda should stay, the addition of Zhirkov will add depth to the left side, and provide a secondary option at left back to Ashley Cole. Joe Cole will return, and seems determined to be stronger than ever. People often forget what a weapon Joe Cole can be on that right flank. Ballack should stay, he’s one of my personal favorites, and I believe he wants to finish his career at Chelsea. But he should realize that his playing time will be reduced, yet that may motivate bringing the best out of him because he is a big match player. Anelka will stay, and as long as the incoming manager keeps his confidence high as Hiddink has done, he will just be another one of our many goal-scoring threats. I’m not sure what will happen with Kalou, sometimes he shows great promise, and other times he is just Kalou-less. But I believe he can continue to improve, and he will also add depth to our attack. Deco’s played his last Chelsea game, he’s destined for Inter. Hiddink has stressed the important of adding depth if we are to become a true trophy winning team, especially in midfield. I truly believe that we are the best football club in the world, I hate to blame it on bad luck and referee decisions.. but I can’t help to think that if we were a bit more fortunate we would definitely have won the CL last year and this year too, if we had a competent and fair referee. I am praying that we acquire a great manager, one that can keep up with the standards of Mourinho and Hiddink. Scolari was absolutely a disaster, I hope the front office know what they are doing this time around.
Next year has to be our time. No more excuses and ‘what if’s', we have to win every competition we are in, especially the premier league. I’ve had enough of coming up short, this team is too good to be anything less than champions. I expect we will have a few appealing additions to the squad… Hiddink, you will be missed!
CAREFREE
Ok . One more common thing, all the above three teams wear BLUE. A slightly modified version of our Chelsea song,
BLUE IS THE COLOR, FOOTBALL/BASKETBALL/CRICKET IS THE GAME :P

Ballack’s first trophy besides Bundesliga. Yeah!!!
Replying to Harry: Ballack has won 2 FA Cups with Chelsea, by the way he’s just signed a new one year contract with Chelsea.
Have a great summer everybody, and thanks BC for the best blog on the net
Hi everyone. I am a big Chelsea fan from Mongolia. I have been reading this blog for a long time, but had problem with commenting. Here is the ftp://93.81.255.198/Chelsea/ link for the full match videos of Chelsea. I hope you enjoy them. Chelsea vs Everton full match video is available.
Oh My Blue
You have another magic fan, dwight howard and turkoglu are gonna lead us to that trophy
i am 19 today and it has been the best birthday present, Chelsea winning the fa cup, orlando reaching the finals
we need a winger, but i wouldn’t solely say a right one, he needs to be two footed to challenge malouda and joey (ashley young anyone)
we need a left back
carvahlo leaving will open the way for mancienne to get minutes
not so much an attacking midfielder, but an all round one which will prove handy in injurys and the acn
above all, we need the right manager, i do hope the board has done its homework
Replying to DanaBlue: I know Ballack has won 2 FA cups, but in the first one he was injured and did not play.
Zac Oljas: Thank you very much!! :)
Replying to Oh My Blue:
this been the most perfekt weekend soo far this year.
Chelsea fa-cup champs and Blue will be the color in the nba-finals also=)
I been a magic fan eversince penny hardaway was schooling ppl in the league!!!
Being the league MVP (king james) there is absolutely no excusing a player of his caliber not congratulating the Magic at the end of the game. That is just terrible sportsmanship. ..thats what happens when u get to cocky…
oh yea I almost forgot, UEFA u can kiss ma @@@@
thanx zac oljas for the link u informed to us

SWEET
guys, seriously why cant we get David Moyes
guys, seriously why cant we get David Moyes
Because he has no CL-winning experience on his CV, which Ancelotti has.
It’s OFFICIAL : Guus Hiddink To Become Technical Adviser At Chelsea (http://www.goal.com/en/news/9/england/2009/05/31/1296601/guus-hiddink-to-become-technical-adviser-at-chelsea)
That’s good, meaning he will still be attach to the club and if we ever get ourselves into another Manager-less situation, we know who we have!!! I think this summer we will witness one of the most fierce competition and hoping we get some good buys on the youngsters. KTBFFH!!!

OFFICIAL ANCELOTTI SACKED AS ACMILAN COACH
HES LIKELY TO NOW BE ANNOUNCED AS CHELSEA BOSS
http://www.goal.com/en/news/10/italy/2009/05/31/1297261/official-galliani-announces-leonardo-as-next-milan-coach
IS THIS GOOD OR BAD GUYS?
Replying to Mike Ayad:
if he brings stability, then so be it. He is a lot better than Scolari, and is a technically good as well. What i hate about him is that he loves old already star players and sticks with them as long as possible. This could have suited Italian league, but PL is completely different world. I hope he can cope with it. I would have wished Rijkaard instead, Young, dynamic and someone who had challenged JM´s competetance.
why does no one understand that Rijkaard’s type of football is not suited to chelsea and he’s been out of a job for a year
its great that he helped develop barcas awesome attacking football but seriously guys how can it be a wise decision to get him

He was not sacked. He left by mutual consent. His team was in CL final for three years this decade. The other good thing is he is not going to cry that he wants this player or that player. He pretty much plays with whatever he has got..
The bad thing is he is still learning english and so pray not we don’t end up with LFS situation.. he has not worked outside italy, so that is also a a concern..
He is yet to confirmed as chelsea boss, rumours were that he is high on Real Madrid list also.. most likely he should be confirmed this week..
Replying to Malagantz: man i love these guys!! always lookign out for fellow fans!!! this is some thing i always wanted!!! so I thank the guy whoi has done this !!
big up every time!!!
Replying to JohnStewart:
We are buying this sommer a lot of attacking players, and therefore it may be Ancelloti or Rijkaard, you´ll be seeing a lots of attacking football and piss-poor defence next. there will no more be chelsea style anymore. roman wants attacking football and therefore expect chelsea to play Barca or Milan-like attacking football next season. So don´t really care if its rijkaard or Ancelloti. But would prefer Rijkaard because he had success in a better league.
Looks like Ancelloti is a firm favorite to take the manager post. If Rijkaard is still in the picture, then I salute Roman’s gang of doing an excellent job in keeping it down from the media. Maybe we should do all our transfer this way :D .
Since a true fan of Chelsea like myself have no say in who will the next gaffer be, I’m still glad with timing of the appointment which should be the end of this season rather than the beginning of the next which we have learned an important lesson under LFS.
Medias are again on the “Roman courting Kaka” and “Kaka rejects yet another English outfits” headlines. I love the guy but not in the Chelsea’s jersey. He is plays in Frank’s position and if we want to use both in a system, then we have to make sacrifices on the rest which is no more than just fantasy football. I love Aguero a lot and I do hope we can get him in under 25mil pound and with anything more than that we should go for Tevez. I hate to say this but in this season, we were not able to have Plan B when we fail to break teams down, and there is not much of attacking option except for Didier or Anelka. KTBFFH!!!
well i heard it was a mutual end
but as far as i know, ancelotti speaks no english
the reason rijkaard would do us well, is because he would co-ordinate our attack properly
the question is, can he handle the team defensively
rijkaard always favoured 4 attackers, whether it is 4-2-2-2, 4-3-3, 4-2-1-2-1
if there was a coach to get us scoring lots of goals, its him, my question is gcould he stop us conceeding them
Congratulations to Chelsea, Golden Guus and ourselves! A word which best describes me presently is “ORGASMIC”…Chelsea is the best.
And so nice that Ballack will be with us for another year, we need his experience!
Thank you Zac Oljas for the link!

CA will surely have his work cut out for him by coming to chelsea and still to learn more english like LFS. well the difference is that CA has coached all his life in a Club and in a top european one, so he should know the challenges which LFS thought he did.
who ever we choose as a gaffer, i go with it. its the players we get that will really interest me……lets wait and see while we rejoice with the cup winning team and Guus.
It’s now official, Ancelotti new manager.
http://news.bbc.co.uk/sport2/hi/football/teams/c/chelsea/8076779.stm
Oh well, I think we should give support to CA. And grade the Man on performances …. well at least to see where we will be comes Christmas. The story on the 100mil warchest did not excite me at all and I’m not sure about CA’s preferences and if he did bring Adebayor in, then I will give him a negative score to start with ;) …. Wish we could get ppl like Henri Salvet and such…. the under 20 group….
I just watch his Interview on Chelsea TV, He is more eloquent in English Language than Scolari. We just need to support him and hope that the success he had in the past clubs he coached should follow him to Stamford Bridge. Up Blues. The Start Of New Era
Hi, Zac Oljas. i’m also from Mongolia.
I hope CA won’t turn Chelsea to AC Milan with their player’s average age of 30 <. I really hope he won’t be a disaster for us.
Also, the team doesn’t really need new players and especially that Pirlo. We have enough depth in mid. 1 striker, 1 winger and it should be ok with the youngsters we have. No Villa, no Kaka, no Ibrahimovic. Silva or Zhirkov would be a great addition with the returning Pizzaro and Shevchenko.
But since almost all managers take some of their old players to the new club, i’m quite horrified with what players he can take here. X(
I hope he won’t take noone here except Pato may be, but that would be smth fantastic.
Blue is the color…
looks like its ancelotti
don’t buy adebayor or pirlo .. They seem to be part of his plan ..
adebayor/pirlo/ibrahimovic/villa would lead us to ruin (especially adebayor)
Hiddink is our technical advisor and ancelotti doesn’t have full control of transfers so i think we’ll be ok
Don’t know about you guys but I’m really glad he came to us rather than madrid *wipes sweat*
and we didn’t get stuck with rijkaard
I’m very impressed with ancelotti’s english and eloquence compared to scolari
Replying to John Stewart: u got to be kiddine me.. scolari and carlo’s english is poor the same
What a match that was… I am delighted & enjoyed ever minute of the final.
Did Yellow colour favoured us.? :) should we need to change our domain name to Yellow Champions.??? :)) haaa…
Congratsss to Chelsea. Keep Winning… Keep Inspiring…
i tell you what guys!!! ill back him I think we must stand behind our manager and give him a chance if its not working right away dont rush it. but our squad is professional so they can with under almost any coach. this man has European experience something scolari didnt have!!! 3 cheers for carlo, good luck
Firstly, I wish all the best for Carlo and the lads. Benvenuto.
Well, , if he brings Pirlo then its the first mistake to start with. Pirlo has nothing to offer except his freekicks. LFS bought Deco who plays in a similar role to Pirlo and he did not fit well in the team. I hope he gets Zhirkov or Ribery. I dont know what will Sheva do with us now that CA is our boss. I think Pato will go nowhere, he will stay at sansiro. Like Zola, i hope this italian will be a huge success and will lead us to the champions league glory.
Well, i feel that italians find it hardest to learn english among the europeans. :P. I hope he does well in his language exams.
I am ready to support Carlo as well. He has rich european experience and he may finally bring CL trophy to chelsea. Even if he fails to do so, i´ll keep on supporting him if makes right choices over player selection and tactics in 80 – 90 percent of our games every season. Thats my promise Carlo. Best of luck to you and impress us!

fair enough to joke about it
I’m still sore after losing The Grant
I dont like rumors about selling ESSIEN to AC Milan .Selling a player like him is total madness .I hope carlo buy young players.
I dont like any Milan players.
