It was not about revenge or arrogants but to show our TRUE COLOURS of what we are made of... BLUE TITANIUM STEEL. As most media (or most Arsenal fans) rated Arsenal were similar to Barca, a healthy WIN will reinstate where CHELSEA stood this season. I was dreaming for 5 goals, for Chelsea and 4-1 win is juz FINE enough for me. After the game, I got a text from a friend saying that the scoreline did not reflect the game and that Arsenal did played like Barca, which should deserves more. I calmly replied : "Since when football is about fast running with sexy passes while trying to weave the ball into the net. It's NOT. It's about 11 vs 11 on a pitch with the share of defending and attacking with effectiveness and control which is measured by the SCORING & CONCEDING of GOALs. That is CHELSEA, we are not sexy but we are EXTREMELY EFFECTIVE!" I did not get a reply. But deep down, I know I'm right. He knows I'm right. EUROPE may be over but we still have 3 more matches and It MIGHT be the last three matches with GUUS HIDDINK. I for one, will want to enjoy the remaining matches with one of our greatest manager ever. Regardless of the results or the outcome after the summer, he will always have a special place in my BLUE HEART. Always. KTBFFH!!! Bring them ON!!!
