Do you work for Chelsea? Are you a personal accountant of Peter Kenyon? Chelsea had that sum of money prepared in the summer did it just vanish? If Roman is so broke why is he spending so much money on a New Years Eve bash, just because they wanted to cut down on funds doesn’t mean we are broke. If you have an opportunity to sign Robinho once again then you shouldn’t pass on it again.

I watched the first half analysis which saw kalou missing a sitter from a pin point free kick from lampsy and then came my friends who took me out for ride. I was on my way to watch Ghajini (Indian Film to a cinema nearby) when i got an sms saying “chelsea 0- stoke 1.. 60th minute..delap” and i was so disturbed that i didnt really wanted to watch the film but i had to. All that time sitting there i was waiting for a miracle. another sms “chelsea 1-stoke 1… 88th min..bellettiiiiiiiiiiiiiii!!!”…i felt better..then again the phone buzzed!..another sms!! “Lamparddddddddddddd u beauty!…Chelsea 2-stoke 1!..93rd min”…i literally jumped off my seat!!..wow..i never expected that from chelsea to be honest..after what happened with us in similar situations this season..also my fantasy team had Lampard as captain so that helped me move to the next “fantasy cup” stage aswell!!..lol…

I hope all the optimism and fresh air around stamford bridge is not short lived and we can look back at this match in future terming it the catalyst in regaining lost glory.

You may believe this is purely speculation but I think there’s a lot of truth behind it all. Scolari has reportedly been mentoring Robinho the entire time he’s been in England, let’s not pass on this opportunity again! We should have plenty of cash from other sales, make it happen Kenyon!

Well.. there hasn’t been an inkling of rumbligs about any Chelsea transfer. My bet is that Roman is wantign to sell the club but only if he gets alot out of it. I don’t think he wants to buy or sell right now – just shore up his “investment” and look for bidders.

Even if Roman sells it might not be a bad thing – the biggest thing we have as a club (speaking of value here) is that tasty bit of West Lodon property that is Stamford Bridge. The club as the best location for its size in London and anyone wanting to buy it will be wanting titles and silverware.

Speaking of which ~ isn’t it nice to be out of the back page headlines? =)

Could there be a chance of some sort of swap with Manchester City to acquire Robinho? I’m sure he himself knows if he wants to accomplish his goals at becoming the best, surely it won’t happen at a relegation battling team like City. Look at all the goals Anelka scores which were created by our strong midfield, imagine how Robinho would flourish at Chelsea. I’m pretty sure Robinho wishes the deal would have happened, if he can stir up some kind of feud with Hughes and City maybe they will be forced to sell? There are rumors of City wanting to sign Drogba, since Hughes is an admirer of Drogba. Also Alex is rated at 15million and seemingly at that price Chelsea would most likely sell. There are also players such as Kalou and Ballack that could be used as makeweight in a swap deal. I would not hesitate to swap Drogba and Alex for Robinho, even if we had to throw in some cash as well. And why wouldn’t Robinho want this? He wants to lead the EPL in scoring, he would most certainly accomplish that. He would play Champions League football, competing at the highest level. Scolari and the fans would be happy, it would be ideal for Robinho and for Chelsea. I also heard that Robinho has some sort of clause in his contract that allows him to leave if he were to ask for a transfer, could he walking out of training camp be a part of it? And what a great piece of business it would be to offload Drogba and gain Robinho. Who knows… it seems unlikely but it makes sense doesn’t it? Let’s wait and see what happens.

Lpool dropping points last nite closes the difference between us and them to only 2 points, if we can beat boro and Lpool win their next match then the only way we can leap frog them is to beat them at Antfield following the game against boro. Let’s hope we can beat Ipswich and Boro easily and our players are riding high on confidense and hopefully by then Mr.Moody (Drogba) would of come to his senses and then we can finally unleash the true Chelsea. Btw anyone read the article stating Drogba would love to return to Marsielle?? (or however u spell it lol) there is just no end to his bickering and whining!!
