Kenyon and the others know how important he is for this chelsea team.Therefore,they will do the best they can in order to keep his service. He might want to become a manager rather than an assistant which he's been doing for long time.Only thing that motivates him to leave Chelsea for Westham is that he is going to re-unite his former mate,Zola.I don't think this is the right move for him.Of course Westham can't pay what chelsea offers to him.Also Scolari expressed that he is willing to help him become a manager.Scolari would not have any problem or suffer if Clarke leaves.He will get one.
