Liverpool held their nerves while Arsenal were celebrating prematurely. Result: Liverpool went through. It was a shame that the magnificent solo run by Walcott was not for a winning cause. Arsenal lack mental strength among other things. Until they do something about this, they will always ‘almost’ be there, but never be there.
