Drogba - Will he stay or not?
While we are all delighted to have Anelka on board, it also puts up an important question on the future of Drogba in Chelsea FC. What do you think?
Update: Didier wants to join FC Barcelona. Get rid of him I (Blue Devil) say!

3. sweetnsour

4. Owonatty
He will definitely leave .
5. blue_victoryAUS
DD is out of here.

I made mistak , I wanted to choose he will leave at the end of the season. and door is open for him. we have already filled his vacancy
7. JS
Yes, I think Drogs gonna leave after this season, though all the Blue fans would like to see him staying at Stamford Bridge till the end of his career.

Dont think so, although I like Anelka a lot, for his pace, DD is unique
and I think he will stay for the reason I gave above.
Anelka will behave if he plays everytime, the moment he starts in the bench
the sulking resurfs again.
He was olny good in Bolton coz had no competition.
But a danm good player when in form.

Drog says he wants to join Barca! He is getting on my nerves. Let’s put him on the bench when he returns from ACN or let’s choose pizarro over drogba, that should be enough insult lol!

u cant keep him if he wants to leave and BD if u insult him its an indication that he is almost out, with the quality DD has more clubs might try and grab him ……so we can make extra cash out of him …hehehe
11. king blues
and BD ur comment is an insult to pizarro as well
12. Blue Devil
yes einstein, that was the idea!!

Sell him of for big money , he is not loyal to us n no commitment to Chelsea , he always wanna leave when no team wans him except for big money Real Madrid , AC oso said they donnid Drogba

People! Ronaldinho comes in and Drogba goes out. That’s the latest rumour. Ronnie’s agent is supposed to have said that Chelsea can bid for him. Inter Milan, the other bidder is reported to have conceded the battle to Chelsea already!

i dont want to se ronaldinho in chelsea. i wanna se more english players. and if drogba wants to leave let him. its sad but if he is not loyal to his team than im not a loyal fan to him. i would like to se a dutch man play in chelsea, a good one like hunteelar or some one in style of van nistelroy.

It’s sad to say this but in my opinion Drogba has shown utter disrespect to the Club and it’s fans. Every now and then he throws tantrums like a little kid , about how he hated the team and wanted out. I for one will never stick with someone who does not have the team at heart. Cut the “i love the fans here ” crap. He is not fooling me. Drogba only cares about himself and i am really sad to say this but frankly i wish he leaves and spares us these humiliating comments. No one is bigger than the Club. No player can do it all alone. Every good player need equally good players or even better players around him to shine. Sadly Drogba thinks he is our all in all. Sad really sad. I wish him all the best wherever he goes.

Again , I don not want to argue with anybody here becasue of my reasons . but Drogba was not DD when he came to chelsea and chelsea made him a big player (Don’t tell me he was the best goalscorer in France ) , he was not as big as he is right now . but Anelka is a big player and everyone believes he will be successful in chelsea. nonoe wants to sit on the bench . by the way ,if you think Anelka only played well in BOLTON , it means you do not know anelka very well.
18. Maysam
Well , Drogba will go to Barca and I wish him a very very very very successful life like Eduir at new camp. :)) , Droigba could leave chelsea like a big men , like Zola or Jose . but he is only devastating the character that he built at stamford bridge by repeating he likes to leave chelsea.

used2gonwatchcfc : just read what MatBlue #16 wrote about Drogba. I do not know where he is from , or how long he knows chelsea, but I am sure he understands football/soccer better than most members here. and I respect him as a big fan and I am very happy to see these kind of fans.
If you(Not you everyone) were a true chelsea fan , you would not support Drogba right now. Drogba is acting so unprofessional. and I wonder why many members here support him wholeheartedly.

Maysam, i wont’ quite jump on drogba because you can never believe all that is printed. drogba doesn’t think much before he talks. a smart reporter would be delighted to interview drogba. he will very easily fall into the trap. the question must have been something like - ‘do like eto’, ‘how dangerous coulc the combination be if you play along side him’,
Reporter: on form, you’re one the best strikers in Europe. How did you manage?
Drogba: blah blah blah (without realising that he is falling into the trap)
Reporter: hyothetically, if you join barca, do you think you can start ahead of henry etc
Drobga: Why not? Of course I should
Reporter: How deadly would the striking partnership be, of yourself and Eto’o?
Drogba: blah blah blah
The next day’s newspaper headlines read “Drogba wants to join Barca and play with Eto’o”

Let me enlighten the users of this blog!
Didier Drogba doesn’t want to leave Stamford Bridge at all.
D. Drogba is human after all and like all of us we think that we are the most handsome man in the world, the funniest etc…
D. Drogba probably on the advice of his agent wants to spread the rumour that he (Drogba) is unhappy at Chelsea FC and wants to leave.
So D. Drogba and Agents wants Chelsea FC to pannic and offer him a better contract, ie. more money.
D. Drogba is human like any other person, forget this upsetting the fans crap, what are the fans on this blog, or those who go to the ground, do these people have the brain capacit of 5 years old?
Go out and get the amount of money that you’re worth and deserve!
Its a fact that Chelsea FC fooball team depended on Drogba to score the goals, but now all of that is seemingly changing.
I doubt D. Drogba will get the same amount of money at Barca or AC Milan!

Michael Mariens - I really think you are clutching at straws with your ‘he is just doing this for an improved contract’ rant. There is pushing for a new deal and there is genuinely upsetting people at the club and causing diesterase in the locker room. Drogba is doing the latter, and I think it is important to do something about it before it spreads like cancer.
I agree that allot of the press report’s may be a little exaggerated or even to some extent false, however I have not heard Drogba come out and deny these alligation’s or pledge allegiance to Chelsea. This gets me wondering why exactly he feels the need to have these mindless out bursts.
Having a player state he is leaving at the end of the season can cause a conflict of interest for not only that player but also the coaching staff who know if he pick’s up a serious injury could hamper his move. Drogba as much as I love him, as a player is an idiot, a crying whinging goose who has put the rest of our season under a cloud.
If I was playing in a team where the star player and pivotal goal scorer has stated he want’s to leave to another club, it would put a slight doubt in my mind as to his motives.
23. Maysam
Blue Devil : whatever ! so he is unprofessional that fall in those traps.
24. SoCalBlue
blue devil you are such a soccer , Disrespect Pizarro, its stupid to think Ronaldinho would be better than Drogba for Chelsea. I think we need the creativity of Iniesta or Kaka. any of them would boost our team creativity and we would become a dream team. Leave Pizarro in peace he is a very useful subtitute with different characteristics than other players it’s the responsability of the manager to do the right tactic, we cannot have all superstars like Drogba, we need a team.
25. ronaldo
droba please change your team
yes i think he will stay JM is taking to long to take over at Milan,
but Real Madrid and italian clubs are after him so , I think is touch n go.
Just read in another blog a savage attack to avram grant, deserved but
a bit anti-semitic, mind you here in HK we hate those guys.
in my book the proof of a danm good manager is Sven Eriksson just
