I like the fact that you’re feeling at home here but this is a Chelsea blog, isn’t it? If you have not noticed already, this is one of the very few blogs that does not use the badges of the club it supports. I thought this blue kit represents Chelsea as much as the badge and this has more life to it than a badge, that’s in my view.

I plan to continue using this mini-kit in this blog until Roman changes Chelsea’s home kit colour from blue to yellow or pink or something . .

I have seen TV pictures this morning showing the players in good spirits and laughing, joking and looking relaxed. They even did a light workout/warm up excercises before going on a hotel walkabout.

It will be extremely interesting to see how the boys respond to this situation. If Grant has any positive influence on the team. We definitely look like we can be broken, a few bad results and this may turn bad. Here’s hoping the players can carry on the unbeatable spirit Jose gave them as a team. I think we play well and see an amazing game by both sides sunday. My prediction is Man United 2. Chelsea 2.

Chelsea confirmed last night that Steve Clarke, Grant’s deputy, does possess the required licence, however, prompting speculation that he may step in as a careaker manager until Grant acquired his licence.
