The Special One is gone. Jose Mourinho has resigned from the most hated job in club football. Much to the surprise of the owner, chief executive, captain and everyone, he’s taken a decision that has ‘enough’s enough’ written all over it. It is utter injustice to a man who, alongwith Roman, made us what we are today. With Jose gone unexpectedly, we’re at a state of huge confusion now as to who would take up his job and when, what do the players feel and what can we expect this season?
It is very unfortunate that we’ve lost Jose. We will realise this more when delivers for another club. Always, the fear that we have for our rivals tends to be more than the respect that we have on our own men. All other top premier league managers and rival fans must be rejoicing that he’s gone and that should tell you all. In my view, he is the best manager in the world, complete in all respects. To bring the situations and circumstances that made him to leave, is quite a shame.
There are quite a lot of questions that should be lingering in my mind and yours too. These are the questions and my answers:
Why did he leave?
Certainly not because of our form, I guess. There was some private meeting last night involving Jose and Roman which was followed up by Jose’s surprise exit. It is a surprise to all parties involved including Roman and Kenyon. It was all so sudden that Jose had to send a text message to Terry on this.
Jose was always unhappy at the behind-the-scene happenings and the way his freedom was impacted by club management. Some papers call it a bust-up between Jose and Roman in an emergency meeting. Surely, something strange must have happened last night. In Roman and Jose, we are talking about two big egos which justify their personality. May be there was a verbal duel that hurt Jose, and for a man of his self-respect, he would have pulled the trigger.
How will the players take it?
The Chelsea players absolutely admire Jose and owe quite a lot to him. You’d still remember that when there were rumours in January of his exit, almost all players rallied round him to show their support. His exit would be a huge disappointment for the players. May not mean that some of them would leave with him. Roman has tied up the players with the super pay scales, that any move anywhere would be quite difficult, but not impossible. Lampard has not signed a contract yet but I hope that Jose’s exit would not impact his decision. Surely, the players would be really disappointed to see Jose go and that would surely show up in their performance in the short run – either they’ll come out all guns blazing and surrender meekly, with their mind not on the game.
What has he left us?
Lots. He’s has put us right inside the top bracket of European clubs. He has created history that no one can deny that. He’s has brought us success and records that cannot be erased. In just 3 years time, he (and Roman) has made Chelsea is a major force in English football and European football. May be, now that he’s gone, we would feel more grateful for his signings such as Drogba, Essien, SWP, Carvalho, Ferreira, Kalou, Ashley Cole, Malouda and so on. I would include Terry as well, as he signed the contract extension in the hope that Jose would stay.
In short, he has made Chelsea a formidable opponent and a very difficult rival for all the old boys here. His most important contribution for the team is the fighting spirit and work ethic that we boast of. The spirit and the togetherness that he has brought to the team is something no kind of money can buy. Finally, he made us champions, by winning the titles and also otherwise.
What happens now for Chelsea?
Come to terms. Our top manager has gone. Now Roman should go find a manager who is as good as Jose and be able to deliver more than what Jose did. Quite a tough task for Roman as well as the new manager. Avram Grant would step in to the manager’s role until a new manager is appointed. I doubt if the new manager would be appointed soon. That’s because Jose has surprised almost everyone. I don’t think Roman would be able to bring someon by this week. If he was ever thinking about life after Jose, he might have a few names in his mind – Didier Deschamps, Guus Hiddink and may even be Avram Grant himself. To bring anyone, other than Avram Grant, in a short period would not be that easy. But the reports say that Didier Deschamps is all set to take the baton from Jose.
I don’t think anyone would be really enthusiastic about taking up the Chelsea job. Having seen that the best manager has not got enough backing by the club and press, it is certainly a very hot seat, that many would like to avoid irrespective of the money it showers on you. It needs a very very strong personality and mentality to be the Chelsea coach now, knowing the expectations and demands of the club, the negativity of the press towards Chelsea, the most hated club tag, and also the consequences if you don’t win three matches on the trot.
What about our title/champions league ambitions?
I don’t think this would put us in a very difficult situation for regaining the title. That’s because, Jose has made the perfect foundation in players, the ethics, the spirit, the winning mentality and the champions mindset. The new manager has a very good and comfortable group of players to work with. In that respect the new manager’s job is already half done. I still think we should win the premier league title and champions league title. If we don’t win these with the new manager, then Jose’s exit will be even more ridiculous.
What happens now for the Premier League?
His rivals should be really happy. They know that a Jose Mourinho-led Chelsea is always a dangerous opponent and he is on course to take Chelsea to new levels. Now that he is gone, they would be really relieved. For Rafa, this has been his dream season so far and it continues so. That said, lot of rival managers respect him and if you remember, Sir Alex has openly stated that he like Jose, enjoys the competition that Jose offers and he does not want Jose to leave the Premier League. In general, for the Premier League, I guess it is a big loss that he’s gone. He was always different and unique and his absence would mean the Press will lot less to make up their pages. Soon we will realise how the Press had ruined his image with their bad journalism. Their bad karma should leave them with a host of tight-lipped, humourless, robotic managers. Rival fans will rejoice as their major source of fear is gone. Whether they admit or not, they would feel mightily relieved. I’ve already read loads and loads of messages in various sites by rival fans, expressing their relief, surprise and joy over the exit of Jose.
What happens now for Jose?
Not sure what kind of restrictions are put forth by his contract. We will have to wait and see if he wants to take up a job in the Premier League. Jose once said that he will not coach another club in the English league. Might take up a job in a club like Sevilla, Valencia or Roma and bring them to the top of their league. Absolutely no news on what he’s going to do next. Whatever he’s upto and whoever he joins, I would follow them and support unless Chelsea meets them. I’d love to read the next edition of his autobiography or biography to read his Chelsea experience.
What do we do now?
Simple. Bear with all the noisy celebrations of rival fans. It would be nice to see Jose come back and haunt them in champions league, while we can also do that to them. Blogs would generally be flooded with messages and Kafka would have to work overtime. For you all, my message is: The Special One is gone but life moves on.

In my eyes, Jose Mourinho is a hero and would remain so always. It is certainly a sad day for Chelsea, fans of Chelsea and the Premier League. I wish Roman repents his decision and brings him back and I’d love to see Jose back in Stamford Bridge. For now, let’s welcome the new manager with the same hopes and ambitions.

Joeblue,m_d guys lets look forward to some football starting sunday.sorry to all the other chelsea fans but trust me guys its for the best
A loss to the Premier League….
a loss to the EPL for sure.
a few dodgy results does not make a manager leave the club.
ha – interesting to think how much our fortunes are now contrasting with that of Arsenal and Liverpool.
with JM gone we will hardly win the title this season, and alot depends on who we sign as the new manager. looks like we’re in for a season of transition for the next 2-3 years. Quique Sanchez Flores anyone?
pls somebody tell me why he has to leave chelsea now,i can’t control myself tears is droping from my eyes cuz i can’t help it
We are very sad about mourinho sacked… This is very bad news for us as a ChelseaFC fans.. We knows and admired at Chelsea just not for the clubs but the Mourinho…this is a big big lose and the biggest lost for Chelsea….of coz out there has many talented coach, but nop the “SPECIAL ONE” like Mourinho….Chelsea maybe become a great club but not to be a famous club again….we are always support u where ever u go Mouriho…..
Dont yet give up the title hope guys… club is important a person not. He will surely be missed and chances r tough may be this can inspire the likes of terry and lampard!! lets seee
season has just begun…
but why why why the special one is gone with his mind game, antics, success, controversy, title chase, cups, blue is in for it this season
@Chelsea fan
There is difference in being sacked and quitting. i think he quit as he had always mentioned that if he gets interference in his job he will quit… and i think with the appointment of grant and other things it was coming…
next on sale will be CECH…..
we all love mourinho…haiz…….
i joined chelseafc based on the special one charisma four to five years ago hoping new dawn has come, there is no way we wont miss him i love you for life you are indeed the special one
of all managers in charge of chelsea….MOURINHO is the one that make me remember him the most…he brings excitement to football…wat a loss …He gains the respect from every chelsea players….
after the sale cech its drogba turn cuz it has always been mourinho favourite
is this has to do with the post match comments after the champions league game… terry??
lampard, terry and coles……….you guys must out of chelsea….chelsea has nothing right now…..
I expected that but I did think today.
Actually after watching Chelsea 1-1 Rosenberg , believe it or not , I told my friend , If Roman was crazy , he would sack Jose next week , he asked me why ? I told him because We will probably come out with a draw versus Manchester and it is not what Roman likes , then he told me are u kidding, it is just beginning of the season , after all no one accept to manage Chelsea at this moment.
Unfortunately , unfortunately that happened. I really liked him , I liked him as hero , and I will and I will support him in any team he goes as long as he does not play against Chelsea because Chelsea is more important than him.
I liked him but I was aware that one day he will leave Chelsea, but I did not think that happens today , beginning of the season. I don’t know what happened between him and Roman , but I expect Roman to respond to Chelsea fans why he made this stupid decision, Sacking coach or making quit is not like sacking a player or making a player sit on bench. Lampard is the best player in Chelsea, he is injured, even he could not play for Chelsea anymore, we still had hope but departure of Jose is equal to losing every thing in this season, it is like losing queen in chess.
I really don’t know what ‘s going on in Roman’s head.
I am still in shock , I am still in shock.
Who will accept to come to London ? Steve Clark wants to coach Chelsea versus Manchester ? Hiddink leaves Russia ? I want to know which stupid coach leaves his team and comes to Chelsea at this time ? no club will be persuaded to release his coach at any cost at this moment.
I think Drogba and Ferreira are only players who will leave Chelsea after mourinho. (I am not sure about Drogba )
Roman will realize he made a big mistake very soon , he should prepare himself for a big financial loss this season.
J-F-Chrst….fu**ing roman wut were u thinking??????? the guy has brought us 5 trhophies in 3 yrs!!!! 2 consecutive PL titles on his first 2!!! took us so much time to build up a name for ourselves in england and europe and now we have to start all over! WTF!!! + jose wase best manager to have ever set foot in england. gigantic loss to the club AND the EPL. I HATE U ROMAN!!!…unless ur bringin in gus hiddink……..
Its very sad jose has left chelsea and I think that Lamps was waiting to see what was going to happen. Dont be surprised if Frank doesn`t sign next season
they are talking about three managers , Lippi, Capello and Hiddink. Hiddink is impossible , Lippi and Capello are my favorite , I personaly like Italian Managers , they are defensive mind. If ROman is looking for a interesting games , he should not go for them specially Capello , becasue he has just sacked from Real becasue they believe Capello does not care about quality of games he is just thinking about results.
Lampard , Terry , Cech won’t leave chelsea , but if they went with mourinho , I personally say goodbye to chelsea after 10 years.
if Mourinho joint Bolton or Tottenham , I would support them in this season , becasue I am sure chelsea won’t win anythnig in thsi season anymore, at least i like to see Mourinho happy.
………..in which case i will still hate u but to a lesser extent. THANKS FOR EVERYTHING JOSE! UR THE BEST THERE IS, THE BEST THERE WAS AND THE BEST THERE EVR WILL BE!!!
as the club n the fans… we’re sooo screwed. cue another 2,3 yrs wandering around the football scene like and bunch of sad f*ckers. we’ll be lucky to qualify 4 the champs league next season… F**K U ROMAN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
hey guys this not rumor ?
am i awake ?
btw can n e 1 tell me which is the most effective way of committing suicide? n e thing quick and painless will do. i’m allergic to pain. thanks.
oh. n screw u, roman.
chelseafc.com might have been hacked [:p]
We now face the rest of the season being taken the P**** of by arsenal and man u fans. I think it was wrong if roman sacked him after all the injurys he`s had to deal with
to maysam: yes, we r all awake. but I HAVE A DREAM: screw u roman.
wat the F****???!!! too much..
stupid Roman..Beautiful football.. lets see who will bring beautiful football here to chelsea now
.. and also wat is Sven??? God really help us!!! Lippi is not a bad choice if he can come.. or maybe Scolari? Rijkaard??? but who will bring in the class, the fighting spirit like TSO??? SHIT SHIT SHIT!!!… F*** Roman’s billions!! He is bullocks.. one egoistic rich B******…. no doubt we havent been winning, knowing TSO, i am sure he must have sent enough feelers to his main players…
As long as the heart and soul of our team, JT and Lamps, sticks with Chelsea will we be seen through. I’m just praying that Lampard still signs a new contract end of season after all the talk last year that players might follow Jose if he were sacked.
Though I think tactically, especially four days before the clash with Man Utd, this was an incredibly stupid decision, I think Chelsea is more important that the fortunes of Mourinho, no matter how much we might miss his bravado and amazing quotes to the press.
COME ON CHELSEA! TOPPLE MAN UTD!
What a shame, all I can hope for now is that you Martin Jol as a manager and my day will be made
What the F**K is happening at Chelsea?
Mr. Roman you cant manage a team with factions and personal ego. What the F**K are you thinking of Jose. He showed the world what one can achieve in one season.
Gone are the dreams. Stamford bridge is falling down.Mr. Roman, Who the F**K you want to bring to Chelsea ? Another Russian? May be i guess you should be the Coach cum Owner of the team.
Any coach wants to have complete power on his team, since he is the one who moulds the players and spirit in the team. I guess its higly appreciated if Owners, Execuitves concentrate on financial, infrastructure aspects of the club and leaves the people processes to the Manager, Coach. No matter whoever coach is brought here, unless the Management changes their ways the club wont succeed.
Yeah, Mourinho has got some ego problems too, but he is definitely the special one. My sincere opinion to Mourinho, “Dont go to the big clubs. Go to a small club and prove yourself what you can do”
Yeah , I felt very bad by this terrible news. My hopes and dreams on Chelsea are half gone. The best i would hope now is the Talent that was brought in by Jose stays with the club. All the fans, please appeal to the likes of Drogba, Lamps, Terry, Carvalho, to stay with the club. I dont care if Scheva, Ballack leaves the club. My sincere advice to Scheva, go back to Milan. Its where your future is and where our future is also is. You may have proved yourself, but i dont admire you at the cost Drogba and Lamps and I guess no one is interested in Ballack now a days.
At the end of the day, its a great loss to English Football and the hopes of Chelsea becoming a superior club.
Huh!!.. in few years in league history, this is most-very-high rated stupid decision made by owner. Roman is really SOB… after making chaos in club, he just sent us our worst that we can only imagine.. Bah!! what chelsea can do right now??? all players we have(put out sheva), always fight for Jose…
I really sure that lampard will follow Jose…. and most probably carvalho..
Guys! Avram Grant takes over as the new manager (not an interim one).
just heard that Grant taken over not just for now. If we cant have jose bring back Vialli
Horrible news! Lets hope he wasn’t forced out, because that would be just pathetic on the half of RA and such.
And Avram Grant hasn’t taken over as manager or anything yet, it’s just a report from BBC. Wait until the official CFC site says something.
Re post 26 – Let’s all laugh at Chelsea!
Guys
Form is temporary, class is permanent
Things are getting back to normal
Only one Arsene Wenger
Poor old Cashley !!!
Good luck Chelsea, most london fans have a soft spot for small friendly clubs like yours
A great day for people who don’t think pathological liars should be in charge of a bouncy castle, let alone a football club.
First and foremost guys…The headlines say Jose n Chelsea Fc decided to part ways by mutual consent…thats naturally a diplomatic statement from the club…they cant say it out in any other words..Does this mean Jose quit or He got fired???
If Chelsea FC fired Jose then I am seriously at a loss for words…
This news is shocking…Just a few days back Kenyon was saying crap on the official website that theres no Pressure on mourinho to win..Abramovich wants to win in style..he understands football..hes in it for the long run…jose has the time to deliver beautiful stuff n more…if this is the final outcome, then what was kenyon talking about???..
This is not the way to treat someone who helped bring chelsea into the spotlight..Jose brought in the winning culture..he made people notice chelsea..he took a bunch of hard working lads and turned them into winners..he brought in a team spirit that was wonderful to see..He was passionate about his team, his players, the fans n the club..He really made a big difference..
Jose was brought into the club with the primary aim of winning titles for the club..n he delievered..he won all the trophies available..he would have won the UCL too barring some unbelievable bad luck..Luck just wasnt on Chelsea’s side in the UCL..we lost both the UCL semis against Liverpool by sheer bad luck..
Chelsea FC should be thankful for what Jose has done in the last 3 years….Jose helped bring in Name, Fame, Fans, Money to the club..lots of things…n this was not the way to thank him..
This is a very poor advertisement for the club…The club shouldnt have done this after the season started..They should have given Jose atleast till the end of the season to see if he was capable of taking the club to where Roman wants to see Chelsea FC..Arsenal play the best football in england..Arsene wenger didnt achieve that in a day or a week..he was given the time to do it..Jose should have been given the time too..
The other alternative would have been jose Quitting..maybe beacuse of the pressure from the club..or maybe because of too much interference in his work..or maybe he felt a lack of support..you cant blame him for that..If Jose quit..chelsea Fc definitely drove him towards it especially when he wasnt given funds in the januray window earlier this year when he badly wanted a CB..
There are articles on tribalfootball that claims Jose n JT had a bust up which led to jose resigning..i dont believe that story..
One thing is sure, Jose has always been a winner and would have definitely wanted to walk out as one..not like this..I believe the club is responsible for whatever has happened..Just my opinion
Then theres also the financial consideration..If Jose quit, then he would lose out on a lot of settlement from the club(Which could easily be a few decent millions)..all modern contracts are written in such a way..and if the club fires jose before his contract expires, Jose comes off richer..so I strongly believe Jose didnt quit..he was made to do so..Again Just my opinion..
How will the deaprture of Jose affect chelsea????
1)Lots of really upset fans…I wouldnt b surprised if our fan base shrinks a lill bit..bcos jose had his own legion of supporters
2)Bad publicity for the club
3)Players loyalty…How will the players react to the chelsea decision???..lots of the players are Mourinho faithfuls..will they be able to rise above the personal disappointment and motivate themselves to put their best foot forward???
4)Team morale..How will the team as a whole cope with this news??..how badly is the team morale hit???
5)New manager..each manager has his own style..n players that suit the style..can the new manager, whoever he may be..mould this team into the one he wants or roman wants..bcos he cant change the players atleast until january
Grant..New manager..Wats his credentials??..anyone??..any info his track record??
Anyway i guess Life goes on..What happened was horrible..we can only pray for things to improve..I just Hope the New manger can come in and settl quickly..Hope he can take Chelsea to the Level Roman Dreams of..
I wish Jose goes to a great club and establishes himself again..I’m sure he will..He is capable of that
It would Be Nice if the club could arrange for Jose to attend the next Home game so that he can say goodbye to the fans n players and vice versa..He deserves to go out with a BIG thanks from everyone..A grand final appearance at Stamford bridge
Just a request to everyone..Jose Lovers, Jose haters..everyone..Just take a second or so to appreciate what Jose Brought To Chelsea & the EPL..
Love him Or Hate Him..His name will be an important part of Chelsea History forver..He proved himself To Be special..
STAND UP FOR THE SPECIAL ONE…
All The Best Jose..we Love you
not even a chelsea fan but am saddened by this news. This is a massive loss to the PL. ALL THE BEST JOSE
Jesus Christ, I half expected you to include a pic of you spunking over a picture of him. I mean I know this is a Chelsea site, but the amount of bias in this article is ridiculous. Plus, this almost seems to be making out that one man is bigger than the club itself… Hmm you may have a point.
This is some of the worst news I could have ever read! I fear that Roman has crossed the line between owner and manager. Managers are to run the team. The best thing owners can do is sign the paychecks. I’ve seen this kind of crap happen in American sports too often. Alas, Enland has the same illness.
I admit, I was skeptical of bringing JM on to replace Claudio. I liked “the tinkerman” and thought he did a fair job. But, “the special one” brought a swagger to Chelsea that was the envy of the league. Even in last season’s disappointment, what…, another Carling and the FA? Granted, the team isn’t firing on all cylinders thus far. But, surely this wouldn’t last under Jose. True fans understand that the sun doesn’t shine on the same dog’s behind everyday.
If Chelsea fails to win anything this season, Roman can only blame himself. But he needs to find the right man and find him yesterday. I am Blue and I am very upset.
At least the Mourinho haters have one less reason to hate Chelsea. God Bless JM wherever he is.
I am sad for you poor people. Much as I dont like Chelsea, it is sad to see such a succesful manager and worthy opponent leave. I believe “mutual consent” is a polite way of saying fired. i dont believe Jose would have quit. I believed him when he said he can only leave if his contract runs out or if he gets fired. One thing i have known about chelsea is that they always bounce back and surely they would have gotten over their poor start to the season at some point. But this…. Now Roman wants to give the job to his buddy. Beginning of the end for Chelsea?
Too bad we (read Arsenal) never managed to beat the special one. I believe this season we would have. But we’ll never know now will we?
I am henceforth to be known as JoseHoliday
JoseHoliday
( Formerly RomanHoliday )
I am a Chelsea supporter and wish our team success. I would not dramatise the situation with JM’s departure. We, Chelsea supporters, should show more respect to RA as he is an experienced businessman and does know what he is doing. Changes, especially big ones, are always controversial and therefore make a lot of people lose heads. I believe that after dust settles we all will see that this change was for good.
I am absolutely devastated. I started having doubts about Roman’s wisdom last year when he started behaving like a spolit brat over Jose not fielding Sheva and the consequent refusal to allow the club to sign a central defender in the January window. That single crazy decision cost us both the league and the Champions league last year.
What the hell is wrong woth Roman?
#21…Maysam and his ilk were ones calling guys like me, Joeblue and M_D as plastic fans…
I have no doubt at all that Roman who is supposed to be our greatest benefactor will ultimately prove to be the undoing of our club. Is he so fickle minded?
At this rate, there is no way any self respecting independent minded coach will want to work under him. What is Jose’s crime?
Am starting to hate the idea that the fortune of a club and the passio of millions of people all over the world is being toyed by an individual depending on his whims and caprices.
I feel for Terry, lampard, Drogba, Essien and for the for our teeming fans who stood behind Jose last year.
We are grateful to Roman but we love Jose.
Shame on you ROman and growp up, you Spoilt Brat.
never liked Jose, never liked Chelski, Terry, Lampard and drogba will leave now and you lot will struggle to to get top 4 this season now, im loving it,
I am an ardent Arsenal fan and I must say this. I’m happy he left. He won many trophies and was the most successful Chelsea manager. But I’m happy he’s gone so that the status quo can be maintained.
$#@!%^& U Abromobitch!!!!!!!!!!!!
Go and buy another club and ruin it!!!!
ur services are no longer needed!!!!
Damn…I think we should sack Abromobitch!!
Any1 agree???
or better I think Abromobitch should sack himself, since he has all the power!!!
Chelsea have confirmed that Avram Grant has replaced Jose Mourinho as the new manager at Stamford Bridge.
Thank you RomanHoliday for changing ur name to JoseHoliday. Now that Roman’s puppet Avram Grant in charge, lets see the style and the flamboyance he is craving for. Lets see how the departure of Jose will suddenly change the fortune of Chelsea.
This roman guy is supposed to be a shrewd and astute business man! He may shrewd about growing money, but there is no doubt that there are huge question marrks about his football brains.
Roman sucks! A man U fan on Sky news sent a txt saying Roman Is A Fool. I wonder if most Chelsea fans do not share such sentiments.
this is great for the club and i’ve been supporting them for 25 years.
overthe last 3 years we’ve seen the deterioration of the teams built up by hoddle, gullit, vialli and ranieri. they knew how to play with style and the fa cup victories under those regieme meant much more to me than the trophies won under mourinho. the possible exception to that was the first premiership which was largely with the team he inherited.
The spine of the squad Lampard, Terry and Cech were already there. Many of Mourinho’s signings have left much to be desired.
I’m holding out hope that Abramovich knows what he’s doing. He right to insist that we play with style – the quality of our football has gradually decreased over the last 3 years. We should be above the constant bitching, diving, arrogance and all the other crap that came with Mourinho.
Abramovich needs to prove himself now with a decent appointment. He deserves the chance. Stop being pussies.
Avram grant appointed new manager I hope it will not be for long because he is boring me already what a change in syle The special one to Durty israelie I am in tears
I’m gutted.
But this was always going to happen.
RM is upset with the way Chelsea are percieved by the press and public, and blames Jose for a lot of that.
While the boys were winning, he had to put up with it. But a couple of draws and he does this.
In terms of moving forward, a manager that makes the team play with a little more flair isn’t a bad thing. Don’t get me wrong, I love Jose, but some of the stuff we play, being honest, is very drab.
I think we’ll all look back on Jose as a hero who took Chelsea into a new era. But hopefully taken on by another manager.
For the old faithful amongst us: we’ve now lost 2 managers in a week. Jose and Porterfield. Ian was a gentleman (even got me into the players lounge after the game at Maine Road once, where we got hammered with an injured Paul Elliott).
Great memories, and I know there will be many more.
Roman at this rate will surely ruin our team. The worst thing we can have is a fickle minded club owner.
I really want roman imbramovich and schevchenko out from the chelsea fc.
because i am the fan of the chelsea fc from a long time and it is schevchenko due to which we all chelsea fan have to see our god father (mourinho)leave out today.
If there is any one who deserve to go it is schevchenko and roman ivramovich who has to go because money can buy players but it cannot buy two titles in a row and if chelsea goes down from here it is all because of the stupidity of Roman .
This is why we should not sell our clubs down to billionnaires. It is fair to say that they bring the money, but they also bring a lack of football knowledge. Jose has been fantastic for the premier league, he gave Ferguson and Wenger a kick up the back-side and I think this decision by Chelsea is a disgrace. Well done on your success Jose and I hope we see you back in the Premier League very soon. AN IDEAL REPLACMENT FOR MATIN JOL…WATCH THIS SPACE!!
This is just unbelievable. We are going to miss him and I will forever in support of him where ever he goes. God Bless Him . And hopefully the new coach will settle in quickly take us to where Roman wants. We fans are deeply hurt but there is nothing we can do when decides what he wants with his club even if Roman is on the wrong side. Now we should be praying that our key players should not go by January or End of the season. I doubt it if we win any trophy this season. It has already become a miserable season for Chelseafc. Blues till I die and I will forever love Jose
I am so shocked beyond words.
It’s a sad day for Chelsea.
lets hope another manager brings with him “Winning mentality” along with flair… till that person arrives jose is gonna be missed.
grant… NO way!!!
if there was anyone who could lead chelsea to the champions league title, it is mourinho. now he is gone. i doubt that chelsea can win the champions league now. too bad.
You were so very fortunate to have such a characterisic talented manager, but you fans help to blow it by typically cherry picking the big games and to have the stadium only half full on a champions league game is a disgrace and so typical of the new glory seeking Chelsea fan. Grow up and work at it like the majority of true football fans out there.
Nobody likes us anymore
It’s us against the rest of the world
They say our funds are ill gotten
That our morale and ethics are rotten
We wanted to play with the big boys
We dressed cool and had all the right toys
But amid all the money euphoria,
the paranoia and faulty rethorics
The signs were there for all to see
Chelski is classless and so are we
THE END OF AN ERA!!!! THE EXIT OF A LEGEND. AND WHAT AN EXIT,, SO LIKE THE MAN HIMSELF!!!
ITS A LOSS TO THE CLUB , THE PREMIERSHIP BUT NOT TO FOOTBALL. I KNOW WE WILL SEE JM SOMEWHERE SOON ENOUGH!!!
GET OVER IT GUYS AND MOVE ON. UP THE CHELS!!!
U all crzy 4 blaming RA without Roman you would never seen Mourinho! U would be bankroupt and playing in 2nd devision! Sack RA? If he goes Chelsea is history!
Good riddance and for the record… “ha f*****g ha”
Chelski
I agree – and I agree with mzh.
We’ll miss Jose, but he was here because of RA’s money.
Roman invested millions in the club. What he wants in return is some stylish, free-flowing football that he can sell to the world. Remember the 10 year plan!
Jose couldn’t deliver that, and so he’s gone.
I do think the next manager will be a fan of flair. Don’t know who that is yet – my bet is Deschamps – but that will be part of the job description.
We’ll miss Jose, but we’ll enjoy the new style of football more…
Look forward – and stick with the Blues
WHAT A MESSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS!!!!
AVRAM GRANT to MOURINHO , THIS IS THE MOST STUPID THING I HEARD IN MY LIFE , stupid roman how can you do this , what do you think , even the best club in the world they lose a whole seson then they come back , you can’t win every match , and the way we play not bad , what about the players , they are not toys , they are people , how they are feeling now , you don’t appreciate any thing , and after all this you want to get who , AVRAM GRANT , who is this crab , avram grant knows what , what is his expierence in foot ball , he is just your stupid friend , you don’t deserve to be the owner of this club , no profeesional owner do this in the start of the season , at least at the end of it , morinho you are going to succeed in any place you go , coz you are coach with princiiples , not like those in the club , they think that success is a matter of wishing and they don’t know success is a matter of hard work – patient – and learning from previous falts , tell me one club always wining in a matter of just 3 years , you don’t see manchester or arsenal they have more tuff times than our times and although of this they never complain , you will see what big mistake you done , this is the begining of the end , know you prove that the descion making in this club is a matter of just one person descion , you are not an owner you are just some one have money and think of how to increase his money irrespect of any thing , sooooo selfish , you and your israelian friend you will see .
I am not big chelsea fan but the loss of special one is huge not only for chelsea but for football also. he was the special one and always be the special one.Yes Mourinho had millions to spend, but it takes much more than that to create a winning side, just ask the likes of Real Madrid and Inter Milan. He often polarised opinion with his outbursts, but he brought an unpredictability to the game at a time when almost everything which comes out of managers’ mouths seems almost scripted.
The Premier League will be a lesser, and much duller place without him.
STUPID CHELSKI!! Roman knows nuts about soccer…He knows nuts about passion in soccer and what Jose brought to his team that no other manager ever did before him. Does he realise that? Roman just wanna win 5-0 in every game…He thinks that his players are all robots..Gosh he is the worst ever owner to come to EPL..look at the Glazers in Man U..and etc..they don’t interfere with team affairs..Gosh…And bringing Avram Grant in..? Thats a joke. He looks like a drug addict and he looks like he is gonna be dead soon. Screw you the management.. We are going down…!! Lamps is leaving, DD is leaving and Terry…I reckon he is gonna leave soon. BRING BACK JOSE FOR HEAVEN’S SAKE…!
We need to bring in new players in January quickley otherwise uefa cup football next season bring in Zola as new manager now he will bring style and also a chelsea legend
I agrre i would love to see Zola back as manager. Isnt it great the amount of people commenting on here who are not chelsea fans. They must be really happy with their teams to be on a chelsea blog, I dont think
Mr Grant lurking in background has resulted in Jose leaving perhaps? Now we see Mr Grant is replacing the best manager we have ever had, what next? Relocation to north london? Black day in blues history.
It is now the most devastating time~~
You guys must have known that we will face the MU in the next Premier match…
Without Jose, how can we get over them?
And, it is the truth that Arsenal has been coming up, you know, after a serious crisis~ This time we have three terrible rivals here~
I cannot imagine~
Where is Chelsea? classless club that can not give honour to the ever best manager in their history, I would not be suprised if cheap classless board comes out to say that Mourinho was going to score an OWN GOAL in their match against Man U. Class is never bought with money Spurs can attest for that, you earn it. However for Chelsea Fans Take heart who needs Mourinho when you have the Russian Roman Abramovich Billions Just apoint a new manager and buy more players for 200 million and sell the old mourinho untouchables for 20 million and start winning more cups without class. Roman your team has to earn the Class not to buy it. Man U and Arsenal earned their class.
Mourinho did nothing than buy and buy the best players money can buy, And when the cash flow was stop all he can say is that eggs have got class. He should been ashamed of himself after spending over $550 million in two years and selling expensive players for peanuts. chelsea will be better without him and the Classless board. If they learn to respect the value of the players such as Mutu, Duff, Scott, Veron, Kezman, Johnson, Gallas, Diarra, Geremi, Crespo, and a lot more. What goes around comes around, what a special exit for the ‘special one’.
Bitterblue… you said it pal..and well said too
Got to look forward though – Huges or Deschamps? Maybe Zola as part of the coaching staff or numbre 2.
So where does it leave the chelsea now, afterall we said arsenal was going down and out when they sold henry but we were all wrong and full of ourselves. Now the so called Special One has left just days to an important game, what is going to happen to the Mourinho Untouchables come Jan. or july. Mourinho was never committed to chelsea like Arsene or Ferguson, he was in it for what he was going the earn and be named the most paid Manager in the world. Arsene and Ferguson went through some seasons sending less than £20 million and still performed. Mourinho, why buy a first class eggs and then a year later sell them as a third class eggs, and still want buy more, grow up. You never send such amout in F.C Porto, but still won the Champions League.
M.blue please be informed that without Roman, chelsea is just a mid-table team, show some respect for what Roman has done for our team. For over 50 years we did not win the league talkless of being rated among the best in the world until ROMAN ABRAMOVICH came in and also which team can pay their manager over £100k a week, if Roman wants a more entertaining team than that is what we should all want. Because if Roman leaves Chelsea today who bankroll the team and take a yearly lost of over £75 million. NOBODY. We should be grateful to Roman and call for the sacking of the classless board and ‘Man U boy’ Peter Kenyon and the rest of m…… that sacked Mourinho.
Words cant describe how i feel right now. Go to hell RA, u son of a bitch. Hey M.D,Joeblue guess you are happy now?
MOURINHO IS A GREAT MANAGER AND ITS A FACT….WE WILL MISS HIS ACTICS,HIS CONFIDENCE,HIS STYLE…EVERYTHING…
JM and RA have done alot for chelsea…but the sad thing is they both cant work together:(:(:(
lets hope chelsea beat man u this sunday and show the world and RA that class is wat JM has given to chelsea….his winning mentality
Why are u guys crying. The man is gone and that is it. He spent money and got nothing. He ran away before his makeshift team crumbles before him as they were already showing signs of cracking. Lampard, Drogber, Terry and Carva.. will go with him no doubt and Chelsea (no matter the amount of money pumped into it) will crumble.
That is the price you people is paying for allowing someone with ill-gotten money to buy an institution like Chelsea. You people made all the noise when the money was flowing and no just shut up and pray …
Anytime any ******billionaire takes over my team, I’ll change to American football.
dont worry it was coming, im a chelsea fan and his record was unbelievable but the money we spent i expected more!! Muppet!!
you gunner fans make me laugh. if you were giving the same oppitunity as we were you all would have grabbed it off at the hand. Man u fans were the same. Your tune will change when it happens to you and it will happen the Big Takeover
PLAYERS dedicate the next match to jose…
he would be happier if we wins in old trafford.
come on friends, i am also sad ….but as BC said the special one is gone but the life moves on…
BC will the petition works ?
PLEASE REPLY BC
have to say it but this is a big big lost to chelsea, becuase he was a good manager.
avram grant give me a break.
thanks to roman arsenal, man utd, and liverpool have been given an advantage.
good days,
i think all chelsea fans should not go to chelsea stadium until jose mourino returns back. not all is lost if we allfight for jose. ask your selfs what if a new manager turns up and doesnot win us games against manu , arsenal , liverpool , champions league and so on. we should all convince roman to take back jose , otherwise the chelsea club would end up no where. iam utterly dissappointed. we need to get our jose back quick!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
i’m an arsenal fan, and i am being honest when i say i did not like the bloke much, he was a bit theatrical and mad for for my tastes. But he was an incredible manager there is no doubt about that. I think along with Fergie and Wenger he was the heart of his respective club and i’m struggling to think of anyone capable of taking his place?
I am gutted…he was undoubtedly the face of chelsea..For all those who want ‘lively’ and ‘entertaining’ football..dont get too far ahead.. look at what happend to Real Madrid when they fired Del Bosque. It took 4 years and a Capello to get back to winning ways..if Jose is boring then what do you call Capello then.? look at what is happening to Barca now..a year ago they won it all but now their manager is facing axe..’lively and entertaining’ football is good when you play with a bunch of boys or when you are satisfied with one title of any real significance in 4 years..when you want to win 2 champion leagues in 10 years..you got to win matches at any cost and that’s wht Jose brought to the club..ruthlessness.. btw whtever kenyon told abt winning 2 UCL title in 10 years to become a dynasty or something is a load of ****. Look at MU and Barca.. they have won only 2 in 50 odd years…in the end I think this season is done and dusted.. Chelsea may not win anything this year..as for Jose’s replacement.. I like Hiddink…but whoever that is going to be he GOD bless him…
Get a grip I’ve been a fan over 40yr’s
“The king is long live the king”
CFC WILL LIVE LONG AND PROSPOR
there is nothin i can say that hasnt been written before but i jus wanna mention that im SHOCKED!! i dont know why but i had a bad feeling when chelsea signed grant that there will be some problem at some stage but never imagined this to happen anyways i hope steve clarke and grant can fill in joses role but my feeling is that the season will be spent in rebuilding(manager player relation) cuz there will be so much pressure on chelsea, as we all know about know about joses winning mentality the special one will be missed at stamford bridge!! all the best to jose and to clarke!!
KTBFFH!!!
Do everone who loves football a favour and get that plum Kenyon out the game. I have just seen a clip of the blue revoloution dvd and he managed to make Claudio Ranieri sound like a complete clown, very disrespectful!
Every time he opens his gob it just makes myself and thousands of ordinary football fans around the country hate chelsea even more then we already do!!!!!!
Your entire club needs a P.R make over.
why
I’m not on here to kick chelsea fans while they are down because i know how i would feel if Wenger were to leave the gooners.
But Kenyon just makes my f***ing blood boil!!!!
My mums a massive Chelsea fan and even she gets embarrased with some of the dross that comes out of his mouth.
Chelsea are and have always been a big club, but it takes decades of succsess to start talking about being the biggest club in the world, and even then it has to be acheived in the right way, and i dont mean just by playing attractive attacking football because chelsea are not a million miles away from doing that anyway.
But the way the club is run off the pitch with the tapping up the bullying and the outlandish statements from wallys like Kenyon undermines all the good things that happen on the pitch. If Kenyon knows so much why did he say about 24 hours ago that Chelsea were not looking to get rid of Mourinho.
What a twat!!!!
I hope Roman Abromovich leaves chelsea as soon as possible , I do not care about his money , I prefer supporting chelsea in second division instead of having an owner to shock me by his stupid decisions.
When asked if Sevilla have said that Ramos would not be allowed to speak to anyone at least until the end of the current season, Torres said: “I understand that to be the case.”
this is first one, that’s obvious noone leaves his club at this time.
Deschamps Linked With Chelsea Post ; are u kidding me
.
This is pretty bad I must say… granted, we weren’t playing the most beautiful futbol given the talent that we had, but it was effective- and I’ll be damed if Roman wants to replace Jose with his bed buddy. Who the f**k is Grant?? What the f**k Roman? You piece of shit- I’m so angry right now. *sigh* just hoping we bring someone in who will be able to effect some positive change- i.e. a Jurgan or a Deschamps…
what can i say?…i am really sad that the special one had to leave chelsea like this….i was hoping he would stay on and become a long time legend like Wenger and Sir Alex,i loved the guy and i like his policies and antics and i know that he would be greatly missed and i wish he excels at the next club he takes over and i hope its the spurs so we would really know that or loss is someone elses gain…
i cant tell RA how to run the club cos he has invested alot of money in it and i hope his decision does not bring us down as anticipated….but the appointment of grant is just stupid and i ish he does well…deep down in me i am praying that Jose comes back and i know that i am been in denial but i do wish it could come true….i love my team but it would take time before my loyalty builds up again cos i still think its wrong to send the specail one away like we did…
KTBFFH and Good Luck to Our Special One..You would always be special to us..
Thank you for your support. I will be sending you all photos of my feet for you to kiss every day and to Kenyon, Abramovich and all referees and linesmen I will be sending photos of another part of my anatomy with which they can do the same.
Thank you Jose Mourinho. We really appreciate all you have done for us. lot more of your detractors will sooner than later start to appreciate your teur greatness.
my consolation is that most blue fans have laways known your full worth. Our love for you is in the blood. no matter where you go, keep the blue love in your heart.
As for Roman, i will not say more.
I’m Portuguese sorry my English. But this is terrible news to Chelsea fans and club. But good news to the Liverpool , Manchester and arsenal fans.
The same mistake happen in my club BENFICA.The Special One, Mourinho, started is career, as the first coach in Benfica. My club was experience a difficult period, but he arrived in the middle of the season and then we started to win games with him. But unfortunately, Benfica president of that time had already a another coach in mind for the new season. So before the Portuguese League finish, THE SPECIAL ONE, LEAVES BENFICA. That was a very courage attitude from MOU. BECAUSE benfica is the most popular club, with more suppoters, titles in Portugal. HALF OF THE PORTUGUESE ARE FROM THE GLORIOUS ONE, BENFICA, the club of graet EUSEBIO. But MOU DONT CARE AND GO AWAY, BECAUSE OF THE PRESIDENT OF THAT TIME.
HE goes to leiria and then TO OPORTO AND CONQUER EUROPE.
That was a very huge mistake for us BENFICA supporters. Now happens again in Chelsea.
The club stays and people leave, of course. Thats life. But without MOU is difficult to Chelsea win the European cup.
Don´t forget that last season the Chelsea time was strike by many injuries. Many players were out from very important matches
I woz looking for a reply from Midfield decider on the rosenborg game thread but alas I didnt see one, plus for some reason the full screen didnt open up for me to post a reply hence thats why I am on this thread:
6am this morning UK time I found out about Jose. First I was shocked but as the day went on I found myself getting angry and eventually I am feeling that I have been conned!!!
Why conned? This situation regarding Jose has been simmering during the Summer well even since the end of the last season……… just at the time when season ticket renewals were being sent out. I renewed on good faith that Jose would be staying and now he has gone and I am still paying for the rest of the Premiership home league games… now I can say no to every other game at the Bridge for at least this season.
I am angry. Although no surprised. During the Rosenborg game on Tuesday night, the TV coverage cut to Mr A in his box with his bird and he was laughing and joking. The change came once Chelsea equalised he looked more serious and more concentrated!!!!!
So has Rich boy got his way? Seems so and one other point to be made – will we see the REAL Shevchenko now that Jose has gone – trust me and believe Sheva for all the media criticism HAS NOT been played to his strengths. For me Tuesday night against Rosenborg was the last straw – Sheva taking free-kicks and corners WTF and then Alex takes one from 20 yards and blasts it into row Z!!!
Keep the faith people and
KTBFFH
my pessismistic nature suggests a total meltdown and Back into Mediocrity!!!!!!!
I cried when I heard the news. For the rest of my life I will remember where I was when the news broke. Yes Jose you are ‘the special one’ and you will be sadly missed and always beloved by this Chelsea fan. My wife thinks I am crazy but you are well worth the £25,000,000 you will receive in compensation for being sacked. Only my wife (and the tatooist) knows about my special “Jose Rocks” tattoo because it is in a special place. I doubt whether the new Russian manager will achieve anywhere near the success you did and I wish you the very best of luck.
and now grant will me the man’
lol u guys ****ed
be*
morinu sucks!
Someone just told me that Mourinho is Portugese for moron. Can someone tell me if this is true?
OH MY GOSH!
Jose Mouriniho left Chelsea and A. Grant is the new Chelsea manager. People if you don’t know, but A. Grant suggested to R. Ambromovic that he should get Shevchenko and Ballack. What about the young stars of the future Ballack gets paid alot, but yet he hasn’t been playing for Chelsea. It doesn’t matter if he wasn’t injured we would have still drew to Liverpool, we would still have lost to Aston Villa and we would have still drew to Blackburn.
If A. Grant is going to be the manager of Chelsea, then I don’t want to be a Chelsea supporter any more.
Then earlier this month I find out that Kafda is being paid by Blue Champion to moderate the comments.
BC by him watching the comments you have ruined your own blog.
3 years…7 titles….
What´s more to say? Roman is insane…
I still can´t belive it!!
When I saw the news yesterday I couldnt belive Jose was leaving chelsea in the beginnning of the season, specially when next game is against manchester united. I understand the team wasnt going brilliant, but still it was nothing to be really worried about. And now players wont have their mind focus.
What concerns me besides the loss of Mourinho is the FUTURE OF CHELSEA!!
what is going to happen now??
so sad, football is mercenary, lets hope the biggest personality we have ever seen will continue to entertain football fans the world over, i am a spurs fan but feel devestated by his departure
so sad, football is mercenary, lets hope the biggest personality we have ever seen will continue to entertain football fans the world over, i am a spurs fan but feel devastated by his departure
Eamon you eejit of course it doesn’t mean moron. Someone is winding you up. Da wants to know if you’re coming home for Christmas so he can get the barn ready.
it is the biggist disgrace in football.Roman has just let the best manger in the world go
Roman Arkadyevich is good man. You see. He bring many money. You not happy. Why not you put your money in Chelsea. Morino make trouble. He go. What more you want. Roman buy Morino and now he go because trouble he make.
look at us , Grant + clark , worst combination in history of chelsea, I prefer Vialli or Ranieri better than them.
you know, just how much say JM had in aquiring players is not really known. he definetly did not want schev or ballack; they were forced upon him. who else?
some of the comments have not really been fair. JM has more than paid back CFC–6 or 7 trophies in 3 years! i think they should have kept faith in him … afterall, you don’t build a dynasty overnight!
what happens to CFC. oh, they’ll win here and there but in no way will they do what they ahve been doing under JM’s tenor. also, look for the home record to end … shortly. ManUtd should beat them this Sunday. Champions League–get serious, no chance. as for JM, he will succeed wherever he goes next.
abromovich,is very stupid of living mourinho. because chealsea will never have a great boss like mourinho forever. we support you mourinho and we will follow you to your next team, all nigerian hate Abromovich. i insist all the players should leave chealsea, because this is the end of CHEALSEA forever. we will never forgive you abromovich, BURN IN HELL SUCKER,you may be rich but u r very stupid of making this desion
C’mon guys. Where’s that British stiff upper lip you display in times of national crisis? Soccer will survive without Mourihno and one day you’ll be back in the big time.
It wasnt mourinho that made us play with boringness. It was the players, if mr abromovich wants a attacking team why doent he go buy one. Bring in van der vaart, deigo and those type of players.
HOW GOOD IS BELLETI
well it is not end of chelsea for sure, I am sure someone else will come and he will performs very well , but now was a bad time to sack or whatever a coach ,
when Vialli was coahc , I adored him , chelsea played very well , he was coach- player , sometime he came in and scored.
then he left , I was really upset but Ranieri came, he did very well at the begining, then he was sacked and Mourinoh came, now mourinho went , it is not a big deal , BUT when Vialli and Ranieri were sacked chelsea jhad plan , they brought someone better , but now we sacked Mourinho we don’t have time to bring someone , we don’t have many choices , but if we sacked him at the end of the season , we had many choices.
The worst mistake of Abramovich..This is the end of Chelsea’s ERA.
Chelsea without Mourinho is normal team, José is realy special.
To became a big team is not only necessary to have big pIayers is necessary a big manager, i can give the exemple of Real Madrid, Inter Milan or Barcelona, that teans have great players but the worsts managers of the world.I remember the time of Mourinho in Benfica he bring new ideas to the club but for politics reasons the president left mourinho go. In porto with a normal players and 4/5 stars(Carvalho,Deco,Maniche,Costinha and Derlei) have win the uefa cup the champions cup, guess the near future of Mourinho is Inter Milan or Real Madrid. The premier league loss today the best manager of world.
I wish he became to portugal to and take care of the Portugal Team cause we want to be European Champions in 2008.
My heart is broken, i never felt so despress in my life. Hope the Blue Spirit can heal my heart this Sunday…
I hope they change Grant , they bring Cappello or Lippi , they are free choices right now , let me tell you something we are really lucky that they have no team at this time,
Cappello or lippi are great coaches , I really like Lippi , he is a classy coach , with a great profile. He is able to deal with a team with many injured players, that’s what I saw from him when he was in Juventus and Del Piero and Nedved were injured, I am looking forward to seeing him soon , it is not late if we assign him next week or right after Chelsea – Manchester.
@Keith : don’t count on this sunday , we will lose for sure , 2-0 or 3-0.
but don’t forget , we are chelsea fans, we are not jose fans , he left , that’s over, I hope we bring Lippi and leave EPL and focus on CL . that’s only thing we can do.
Oh my GOD:
One thibg is sure. Primier league will be emptty empty of greatness of being in the mouths of the world.
José Mourinho was my manager in CLub OPORTO and i must say one thing.
Be sorry 50 YEARS without winning NOTHING. He comes and BOOM 6 trophys.
What can you say RA was already there, one word for you moron. Football is not only money you cant buy TROPHYS with your money???? Can you you moron?
Special One is truely Special…
He gave to a FAN what we all want besides money and Good players. TRophys , the joy the hapiness to win to Other major favourite clubs like Manchester, Liverpool and Arsenal. The joy to go into a ccoffe shop in the morning and mock other club fans the joy to go to work in the morning and MOck you Otherfellow workers who SUPPORT other clubs.
The joy to be part of Abig Club like CHELSEA.
who will give that to you, Chelsea supporter the happiness to go to work and in day to day to feel GREAT, to FEEL the special blue fan to be the best to be KNOWN in EVERY COUNTRy in the WOrld?
Who , i say who will give that happiness to you all? SACK ROMAN ABRAM. we will bring sadness into your lives….
I say that was OPORTO FAN and also Chelsea FAN… I am SAD for the 365 DAYS you fans wont be GREAT, wont TALK about victories of CHELSEA FC!!!!
Money cant BUY this…. FEELING SPECIALONES EVERY DAY….
gl TO YOU ALL.
Hey guys! I forgot to say: Don’t worry too much about old Jose. I am sure he will find a new job quickly with another soccer team.
ofcourse , no doubt about that , I think he will join Potugal international team or Tottenham , I wonder if he can join Tottenham or not becasue of his contract , but I wish the best for him , he was the best coach , he was the best man .
anytime I read news about mourinho , I asked myself , “what is roman thinking about ? ” , damn , it is just like a nightmare, I still think I am not awake, you sack a manger who won a lot , who brought many things to club , who players adore him , who fans adore him , damn.
Deschamps Linked With Chelsea Post
I can put forward many reasons that he is not good for chelsea.
the former Liverpool defender Avi Cohen, now chairman of the Israeli Football Association and a friend of Grant, endorsed Chelsea’s decision to give Grant this opportunity, but admitted he was surprised
Nothing much to add to all the comments as I feel the same as everyone else. When I woke up and heard the news on the radio I was gutted, I feel as though I have been in mourning all day, strange how that word is similar to his name. He is charismatic, funny, entertaining and a very good manager if only THEY had left him alone to do his job. The Premiership will certainly miss his off the wall statements, love him or hate him he was/is The Special One. Good luck Jose, we love you!
who the heck is Avaram/??????????????
and who do you all think can replace the special one ..?
Sevchenko and Ballack shold be very happy today…
Sevchenko is not a player to the premier league and Ballack is a normal player, not a good player a normal one..
I have seen this scene some years ago in Benfica, Mourinho have a strong personality…and in those days the president have other ideas to the club.Mourinho resign cause he felt that the president dont trust him.(like a Benfica Support i can say that was one of the biggest mistake of the Clube)
Some months later was in porto to win the UEFA Cup and Champions League.
Ferguson is tired and old, Carlos Queiroz has not the personality necessary to take care of a big team, and if Mourinho goes to the MU???? will not surprise me….
Please came to Portugal to the nacional Team, cause with Mourinho, Ronaldo, Simão,Carvalho, Andrade, Nani, Maniche and Quaresma will win the European 2008
@ andrew4042000 : Avaram was Isreal International team coach, he did not perofrm very well , he had no lose but 6 draw and 4 wins , he has never coached big clubs , just Insreal clubs, Succinctly , he is not good enough to sit on chelsea bench.
I personally like to see Lippi or Capello in chelsea, not Deschamp , not Ramos .
Jose Mourinho :
I am very proud of my work in Chelsea Football Club and I think my decision in May 2004 to come to England was an excellent one,” said Mourinho.
“It was a beautiful and rich period of my career. I want to thank all Chelsea FC supporters for what I believe is a never-ending love story.
“I wish great success to the club, a club that will be forever connected to me for some historical moments.
“I wish the players happiness in football and in their family life. Finally on my wife’s and children’ s behalf we thank the great professionalism of their school teachers and the beauty of so many friends.”
I believe it was a good end for Mourinho ,
He pocketed 20 M , he was not sacked he still has his level and respect, All Clubs have desire to hire him , All Chelsea fans respect him , They consider him as a legend like Zola, he came to London proudly and will leave proudly.
but
Roman should pay 20 M + money for new coach , new coach wants his players ( depend on his style) so roman have to loose his purse tight , he has to spend money again . he lost his popularity among chelsea fans, now most of managers are afarid of coming to Chelsea ,becasue it is hard to do better than Mourinho and not be sacked , it is really hard. Players are disappointed , we will probably lose some players specially if Mourinho goes to a big club , Roman should pay Lampard a fortune to persuade him to stay becasue now Lmaprd has a good reason to leave Chelsea at the end of the season, Roman won’t win anything this year , even if he hires the best coach in the world becasue it takes time for new coach to know players.
To be honest with you I hope Jose accept to coach Portugal internationl team , thereby we won’t miss any player , but If Jose goes to a big clubs , it is possible that some chelsea players like Carvaliho , Lampard, Ferreria , Drogba will go with him .
Juv – Roma , if Juv lose this game , it is possible Juv chooses Mourinho.
Thanks for the info Maysam and i think you are right .capello shlould get our next coach .He has the same anticidents as TSP and i believe he will perform .
@Maysam ,i pray he doest go to a bigger or rival club . RA is a looser and hope he can understand that .He forced JM to accept shevchencko and now he fires for not playing beautiful football ?. Oh chelsea fans in nigeria are furious about this development and the fanbase here has increased tremendously in the past three years all because of JM ….
Goodbye Jose!
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=M0Vp_wHsDso
what about JURGEN KLINSMAN??
Can someone at least give me a reason to believe Avriam Grant can lead Chelsea to one piece of silverware this season? Hiddink, I can understand. Klinnsman, I’d be okay. Cappello, fine. But Grant, who the heck has he managed recently? What has he won?
As for my fellow hopeful American Chelsea fans; I have two words for you: DALLAS COWBOYS! Jerry Jones stopped being an owner and wanted to coach. Jimmy Johnson got pissed and left after 2 superbowls. Since then, the ‘Boys hadn’t been the same (you know O’Donnell threw the game for Pittsburg). I fear Roman and Jerry are cut from the same cloth!
Why do I see Jose at Bolton?
RA : Your every move now will be scrutinized by 95% of the fans and every
loss mocked by the media
and as you have seriouly fucked up my life ,I will not forget it , jet
in on that plane of yours again to my locale like you did last year and I’ll
be waiting … with a brass band……… and some
PK : I will not buy any Club trinkets you want to sell
All the succeeding managers : Good luck ,cos you’ll really need it
To all my fellow CFC fans : A black day in our lives
Jose : YOU ARE THE GREATEST !
Oh by the way Roman, public relations-wise,this is even worse than your divorce !
You gonna hafta spend some man, to make sure CFC doesn’t come to mean Chelsea Football Circus
If jose continues to stay in london as he always says then may be he can take up some 2nd division club… it will be a challenge!!
Two men I’d love to see running this great club: Klinsmann or Ramos. Klinsmann was terrific with Germany, and Sevilla are a superb team, all thanks to Juande.

Utterly absurd.
Abramovich took a brilliant manager and replaced him with one who has much the same style. This move makes absolutely no sense. A team that owed utter loyalty to JM (Terry, Lamps, Drogba, Carvalho) will be flat the first few games without him. Sunday is going to be an ugly one for our lads in blue.
The winningest manager in Chelsea history. All of this bollocks about beautiful play has cost us the services of the man who brought us the FA Cup, Carling Cup, and the Premiership. Abhorrent stupidity of those who call for more creativity. Well here is something creative, try explaining to your mates how anyone could be stupid enough to do this. That would be creative. This move marks the end of an era of dominance.
@SH.IBRAHIMI : Klinsman , I don’t think so , he probably was good at international teams but he eas not good at coaching a club.
I wholeheartedly hope Jose join Tottenham this season.
