There are mistakes and then there are mistakes, and I don't think there has been a refereeing decision as bad as this for two-three years. It's not a matter of it being Liverpool or Chelsea it also comes down to the individual referee. There is no code that says referees SHOULD apologise, it is just down to whether or not they want to. Styles apologised, and I really don't think it's too big a deal. Every Chelsea supporter knows deep down that it was not a penalty and that they were lucky to get a result against Liverpool.
