Some of us have had issues of stolen identities here in BlueChampions.Com. Here is the most definitive solution to the prevention or detection of identity theft in BlueChampions.Com. Ever thought why no one could steal my identity? Or even if someone does it, you and I can easily make out that it’s a fake. I’ll tell you how.

That’s because, I login every time before I put in my comments anywhere. See the image below. Do you see the difference between comment posted under the name of ‘AgentBlue’ and ‘blue champion’? The ID ‘blue champion’ is in blue, because that’s how the comment of a logged in user with a website against his ID, would appear. The commenter name ‘blue champion’ below is a link. An unregistered user will not be able to show his ID as a link.

A lot of you are in fact registered users but do really make use of your logins. If you have forgotten your login ID or password, dont worry. See the first block in the sidebar where you can see the link to register. You can now register and get your preferred logins now. When you register, you’d be asked to update your website URL as well. Please type ‘www.bluechampions.com‘ (without the quotes, of course!) there. After updating the other fields submit to get your own login ID to BlueChampions.Com. If you have any difficulties, get in touch with me only through the contact form and not through the comments please.

After you’ve got you logins, naturally you’ve to remember your password. And then, everytime you visit BlueChampions.Com, take that 5 seconds to login from the first block of the sidebar and then any comments you type in for that session would be under your login ID. Over a period of time, we would understand that any comment where the commenter ID is not in blue, has a risk of being fake.

After few months or so, when we have built a Chelsea fan community to our satisfaction, I can even make the comment feature available only for logged in users and the other visitors can only visit and read the blog but cannot comment. That’s for later!

Looking forward to seeing more blue commenters! No more ‘faking’ around!
