Last week, you must have seen the drunken driving charges on Essien. Even this blog commented on this sarcastically. But now Essien has been cleared of the drunken driving charges. As a a top class midfielder, he knew his limits. Essien truly impressed me with his interview on this subject where he said footballers should be role models to young kids.
