Summer signing: 15-year old joining Chelsea!?

Some sources say that 15-year old Gael Kakuta would join Chelsea this July. He is winger/striker from RC Lens who would turn 16 by July which will allow him to sign a contract with Chelsea. Has Arnesen stolen Kakuta under the nose of Arsene? Well, Kakuta is 15 years and he is French!
