See this video below. This footage is from a Champions League match featuring Arsenal this season (not sure which match this was). Carefully watch arrow-marked player, who I think is Kolo Toure, and try to understand what he does and why he does so. See this video atleast 5 times.

Don’t laugh at this video. Empathise with Kolo. It is a tough and stressful job being a defender in Arsenal. I can imagine Arsene Voyeur doing this in the touchline everytime the Arsenal attack gets closer to the opponents goal!
