The hottest striker in Europe now, has signed a new 4-year contract with Chelsea that extends his stay till 2010. Chelsea website confirms this news. There were some nervy days as the contract was offered by Chelsea and the action was not too quick from Didier’s side. Anyway, atleast now, Didier has committed his next four years to Chelsea. This news must make some managers in England and Europe very worried. Jose has given his tongue-in-cheek remark that Drogba can now go for shopping in Milan or can get phone calls from his friends in Lyon and no one will suspect him.
This would mean now, that our strike team of Sheva, Drogba and Kalou have all signed their contract in the last couple of months. So, it’s nice to know that our attack has committed to Chelsea for the next 4 years to come.
Now I dont mind even if Arsene Voyeur says that he spotted Didier when he was 3 years old or whatever!

great news. even i was little worried if he is thinking about milan or lyon. he has not only signed but jose has also hinted that milan and lyon can stop looking for him.
