The maestro is at it again. Jose Mourinho is always the strongest player of the Chelsea contingent and he has made the pre-emptive strike on Liverpool once again. In the press conference ahead of the Community Shield match today, he said “They will feel that they are in much better condition than Chelsea, so they have to win the game. If they lose against a Chelsea side at just 50 percent of their quality, that could affect their confidence ahead of the Premiership season.” That was just another Jose Mourinho signature.

So, now he has hedged against a possible loss against Liverpool and he announced that Liverpool is the better-prepared side for this match and so they should be the favourites of the Community Shield match. And Liverpool better win, otherwise he might just rip them apart by those sarcasting statements that are sure to psyche out the Liverpool squad and the management. Atleast what Mourinho has portrayed is that it is Liverpool who are under presuure to win this match than Chelsea. Like he always says he assumes and absorbs all the pressure before the match and gives a good share of it to the opponents.
